We've always used a mobile groomer because our dogs were not very social and barked at everything and everyone. But since one of them sadly passed, our chihuahua has mellowed out and we can take her places. So based on the Yelp reviews, we decided to try bathing her ourselves and see if we can space out our regular groomer, perhaps eventually stop using him altogether. The great reviews here are totally accurate! We said we were first-timers and the woman showed us how to use everything, which was nicely laid out and the blow dryer was easy to use. Someone else checked on us to see how things were going and asked if we needed anything. They explained the price if we wanted them to clip our dog's nails, and but didn't pressure us at all. It was such a great experience (for our doggie (as well as us) we decided to buy the 4 discounted baths plus 2 free. Highly recommend! read more

Owners/staff were very sweet & welcoming! Upon arrival, they helped me set up & gave me a quick run down- supplies, water, dryer, etc. I have a husky mix, so you can imagine the mess. My section seemed like I drenched the floor (with the non slip mats). They never once said anything except asked if I needed any more supplies or assistance. They even gave me pointers on how to dry my dog to make sure I get the undercoat. They definitely had all the gadgets available. The best part is my back doesn't hurt because it's ergonomically friendly & I don't have to deal with mess afterwards. I also think the price is decent. I spend 3x as much at the groomers. Super affordable, they provide shampoo (if you don't have any already) towels, & scrub brush. They offer the service of cutting nails for only $5 if you don't want to do it yourself! Staff are very kind, love animals forsure. The blow drying tool is amazing. Only negative thing is there is no grooming allowed there- even if you do it yourself with your own tools, it just isn't allowed bc they don't have the license/permit for it. Also they close pretty early at 4:30 but you have to be done with your pet no later than 4. So keep that in mind when it comes to how long it takes to wash&dry your pet. First I went in to let the wonderful owner, Beatrice, that my 8 year old German shepherd is a bit unpredictable. Sometimes she's a barker and Beatrice said something along the lines "Don't worry, dogs are going to act like dogs. Here they can bark, walk around, and just act like a dog." That was really comforting to hear. So we went to a station and they had everything ready for us, shampoo, towels, and combs. They even had perfume! Absolutely LOVED this self groom station. I have a beautiful golden doodle who can be hard to groom inside a tub (because he's too big) or outside with a hose because he's super squirmy. I brought him to this location and was provided with everything I needed to get him nice and clean. Because he's bigger, they gave me extra shampoo and towels. He was so relaxed and loved that the water was super warm. Definitely my new go to for his washes :) Was only $25 to groom him and they did not give me a "cap" as to how long they gave me to clean him. Some places give you 45 minutes to an hour only.
