First time coming here since they opened after taking over the old WSS location and I came specifically to try out the self-service dog wash. Honestly, SO worth it! They give you pretty much everything you need, you literally just bring your dog and they've got the rest The whole process was super easy and convenient and I also found out that if you come on Wednesdays, they give you a free product of the week with your dog wash which is such a nice little bonus! Definitely worth the money and I'll be coming back for more dog washes. Highly recommend! read more

It was my first time here. Love the large parking lot. The staff was helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I usually go to the Sylmar location but was in the area so I thought why not. They do have a smaller fish section. I don't normally check out the other animal sections so I can't speak on those. I was kind of surprised with the amount of empty aquariums. Maybe they're still stocking or maybe just water changes? Theres some really nice betta and they have jumping spiders! Pretty big. I'm only family with the small wild ones I see out in the yard lol. They are definitely starting this business I know we heard about it earlier this year according to Google it was in March. So I was a little disappointed in regards to the emptiness, not very many pets. I did enjoy that there weren't too many shoppers it was very big and organized. The lady at the resister was a little serious, trying to just check us out. But there were some sweet girls in the back one came over & let us know we could come to her with any questions or help we may need. I'm sure they are going to continue to grow and hopefully get more pets as time goes on. On a last good note, it was well stocked with accessories and pet necessities and a doggy grooming area and in the pictures I added some of the promotions they have. read more

Don't know why I havent reviewed this place sooner! I go here every so often to get my reptile and cat food. Love the many options of insects and cat treats. Always tell people to come here as you can truly tell how much this store cares for the animals and customers. They welcome you with enthusiasm and often check in with you, shout out to karina and i believe jaiden? always helping me out with insects and mice, they are very knowledgeable whenever I have questions about my reptiles and fish, they have definitely saved me a vet trip or two! The store also has a system where they can occasionally order you certain merchandise or feeders, which is very helpful when i need horn worms. 10/10 recommendation read more

Heard that there was a local pet store and stopped by to support small! It is very rare to find pet stores that have such a variety of goods for pets other than dogs and cats (I have a hamster). I was able to get different treats for my hamster, treats and pee pads for my sister's rabbit, and food for the dogs and cats for a donation drive. It was a one stop shop! Staff was very accomodating and helpful when I had questions about where to find stuff in this huge space. There really is so much stuff for your pets and also live animals for you to check out. Impressive aquariums with lots of unique fish as well. I highly recommend supporting this small, family-owned business in the valley for all your pet needs! read more

Nice customer service but they are not very knowledgeable went there for a pet rat since I have one and I guess they need partner to stay happy so went there to purchase male rat since I have a male already I asked the girl I need a male I don't need them breeding so went choose the rat I asked her like 3 times if she was sure it was a male since I seen no balls she said it's small rn but is a boy so I take it home bond with it for a month or more then one day cleaning the cage I find babies I was devastated not only did I have to give her back with all her babies it was more of emotional draining they offer to take it back NO Refund and they will make all the babies feeder rats. They're lucky I don't sue for all the emotional distress now my rat also lonely since we took its girl away forever read more

They have such a wide selection of small animal products! Usually pet stores have a very limited area for small animals so i was pleasantly surprised to have so many different treats to choose from. First timer here brought in my pups for the self service bath. Associate was super helpful and informative but I guess in our case we happen to be the first wash of the day, the water was extremely cold. The associate who showed us how to use the self service did tell us it was cold and they didn't mind giving us extra tokens to warm up the water, but insinuated it was time consuming. I used to be a dog groomer and I am aware of their tolerance is different than ours but in the whole time we used it (with additional minutes) did it mildly warm up. There was no associate near us, so my boyfriend had to go to the front running back and forth for additional tokens. Leaving one pup unattended, but luckily I'm able to stand between them from my past training. But there should be no one leaving their pups unattended emphasis with their rules, whether they are in a tub or not. The store overall is neat and stocked. It's a very neat concept I can see this working but needs a few tweaks. My suggestion as well Take your own shampoo and conditioner. read more

I recently went into Pet Supreme looking for some great dog food. Im a new dog owner so its been a bit challenging finding the right food for my pup. It was my first time in the store and I was definitely impressed by the range and selection for dogs here. A really lovely sales agent named Julie helped me with the food choices.
