I paid him 50% deposit and gave him professional drawings with dimensions to work off of. The quality of work was beyond unacceptable. The welds were spotty and not grinded. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.

We used Stephen to replace existing wood flooring that had received some water damage…read more A previous contractor had attempted a repair but left a bump in the replaced flooring and didn't create a smooth transition to a brick pillar. We called Stephen out to estimate the repair and eventually do the work. He was much more skilled than the previous contractor. You want Stephen because he is a specialist. He was able to demolish the damaged area and then he was able to float the floor so that the resulting floor would be level. He was then able to seamlessly merge the flooring into the brick pillar; even matching the grout color of the brick pillar. We were happy with the experience. He arrived on time, communicated well, and cleaned up the area. The repaired area looks indistinguishable from the original. He's our new flooring guy whenever we have that need. Highly recommended.

I added the drawer request literally the day before installation - $150 upcharge, which was fair for a last-minute addition. The build is solid. Bolstered into the studs for extra support since it's going to hold an LG WM6700HBA washer and DLHC5502B heat pump dryer. Clean lines, sturdy construction, fits the space exactly like it should. Two cubby openings sized for laundry baskets underneath, plus that soft-close drawer for detergent and supplies. He matched the gray paint to coordinate with the incoming Black Steel appliances. Pricing was competitive with other quotes I got, but the turnaround and flexibility set him apart. If you need custom carpentry work done right and done fast, Gerardo's your guy. I hired Meca to put carpet in a hallway and epoxy in a gym/bedroom. the floor looks good, the…read moreconcrete is a bit uneven at places but it's acceptable. the things around the floor not so much - they stained everything with the epoxy paint which is not removable, my doors, baseboards, even the landscape outside where they try to wash it off. they tried to patch the doors/baseboards with white paint which neither match the old paint nor covered the gray epoxy stains. I had to repaint fully two rooms to cover the mess. i also had to redo the baseboards since they gaps between them and the floor ware too big and the caulking job was terrible. finally, there were language barriers which didn't make the communication easy. overall for the price I paid 3 stars is a gift!
