Not sure who they were dealing with but I have been a Customer of the Amherst NH Meineke Car Care Center for over 14 years as of this writing. Fair, Honest, and reliable and dependable. It's rare but if it's a dealer only job they tell you and they are always open to suggest home fixes if needed. Both my cars get annual inspections as well as oil and maintenance.
