He plain didn't care. They don't take accountability for their mistakes, Ricardo was rude on the phone, kept saying OMG and putting the phone down instead of hearing me out.. When I arrived, the woman at the counter told me that they did not have the part (despite it being listed on her computer as in stock and that I was a liar (rather than a misunderstanding). The sad woman lost her temper in front of a three-year-old child. Absolutely Ridiculous. I'll never set foot in the shop again and encourage folks to take their business elsewhere.
