These guys are incredible! Called this morning for a quote...called a few other places, one of which gave me a lower quote but was not able to put them on today. Called Tire Warehouse back and not only did they meet the price, they beat it by $6...not including the $60 mail-in rebate that is available! So already, five stars there. I asked them if they were able to put them on right away, to which they replied, "Yes". And they were *not* kidding...from the time my husband sat down until the time he was driving away...45 minutes. Yes, 45. Total. That is unheard of for any service of any vehicle, never mind 4 tires mounted and balanced. Could not be happier and will definitely be back for tires for all of our vehicles going forward. I went into tire warehouse after already paying to put on my tire that I bought at Wally world. They could not seem to do it correctly after over 13 trips. They were not even interested in correcting the problem. This cost a lot in gas and time. They did not even care. Job never finished. The manager John at Tire Warehouse put it on for free. He was kind and so were the rest of the employees. Job done in 4-5 minutes. Amazing! Thank you John and the rest of you. . . I should have gone there first. I used tire warehouse my entire life. I had a flat tire when i went to go out, and it was about 6:30. They close at 7 PM and i live 15 minutes away. I called and was greeted by a very happy gentleman, who told me to come on by and he would take care of it. I drove over and this gentleman immediately set to work on patching the tire, all within 15 minutes. I told him i was sorry it was so close to closing, to which he replied, "if you had come by at 7, I would have still helped you." Quick service with a smile and and a great attitude. I ran off the road and hit a guard rail a short distance away. I assume the driver was a drunk or road rager. Kevin really helped me out and gave me a good price and even took me to my vehicle to help me put it on. I found him and the shop very nice and have used their services since then a few times. This place was a lifesaver! Traveling from Mass to Stoddard I ended up with a flat tire a few miles down the road. After getting my spare on I brought my flat tire to this place and they were beyond helpful. They were able to assess my tire, patch it, and get me on my way within an hour. Second 5 star review I've written. Great customer service!! I went to have my tires rotated and new lug nuts put on. They took my vehicle right away. No waiting in line. Fast, and friendly service. The price is half of what some other places would've changed. If they did "oil changes" I'd be getting them there as well. They even checked the tire pressure for me. read more

This place is the best place ever. They are like a big family here, easy to feel comfortable with and even played with my kids.
