We have done take out twice before so this time we decided to stay in at D'Boathaus and we're not disappointed. Starting with the vegetable dumplings with a side of delicious dipping sauce. I enjoyed the crispy chicken Milanese with nice peppery arugula drizzled with balsamic vinegar and shavings of cheese and marinated tomatoes. Hubby enjoyed the Cuban. There was so much food we did take away with the left overs. This is such a great venue, more importantly the views are spectacular. Bartenders are on point!

We have three months to complete the 2026 Tri-State Stamping Tour with American Legion Post 289 in West Milford, NJ. 158 places across NJ, NY, and PA to visit to support the Veterans and those who support them and get our books stamped! This is stop 48/158. This restaurant/bar is right on the lake. They have a big bar that faces the lake with windows all along the length. So it's like being outside. There's also and outdoor patio. If you like fancy drinks they make them well here. We didn't come to eat today, but the food that everyone else is eating looks great. It's very artistic and looks very fresh.

D'Boathaus was the perfect lakeside brunch spot for my sister's bachelorette weekend on Greenwood Lake. We rented an Airbnb nearby and wanted a fun Sunday brunch with a beautiful view, and this restaurant absolutely delivered. We made an 11 AM reservation and were glad we arrived before the crowds started rolling in. They offered both a featured brunch menu and an extensive drink menu with lots of options for the group. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. She even took a table photo for us and later noticed us struggling to take a group picture outside after brunch -- she actually came outside to take photos for us, which was such a thoughtful touch and really went above and beyond for such a special occasion. The atmosphere was also so welcoming. The locals were incredibly kind, and one woman even bought our table a bottle of champagne after hearing we were celebrating a bride-to-be. It made the whole experience feel extra memorable. As someone with a gluten allergy, I really appreciated that they offered gluten-free options, including gluten-free toast. I had the spinach and feta omelet with home fries, and everything was delicious. My sister is a huge Eggs Benedict fan and loved their version as well. The location right on Greenwood Lake is beautiful. They have dock space for people arriving by boat, plus outdoor seating that would be amazing on a nice summer day. There are also two parking lots on either side of the restaurant, which made parking easy for us, although I could see it filling up quickly during peak summer weekends. The prices were definitely on the higher end, but honestly, for a nice restaurant directly on the lake with great service and atmosphere, it felt worth it. I'm already looking forward to coming back next time we're in the area!

Actually arriving at D'Boathaus by boat was a positive core memory for me. I came here with my partner and his family one summer, and the weather was perfect. We were still seated inside; fortunately it wasn't super busy. I got the D'Smash Burger, which really hit the spot after a few hours in the sun. It's a fun, family-friendly vibe overall. I'm a fan of dining or drinking anywhere by a lake, so definitely check this out if you're in the area. Lots of options on the menu for everyone!

Great lakeside restaurant bar with delicious food, great servers, and a lively indoor and outdoor experience for the summer!

Took a cruise to Greenwood lake and stopped by this place. Beautiful spot right on the lake. Recently remodeled looks great. Had a reservation but table wasn't ready. Sat outside on the lake Place way too busy for the amount of staff. Started with coconut shrimp , was crispy with a plain dipping sauce. Nothing great I ordered a Philly cheese steak. Was messy and just ok Wife ordered a fish sandwich. Came on marble rye bread. It was covered in cheese kinda plain. French fries were good shoestring But I ordered potato tots I forgot how much I love them. They were perfect Plenty of parking. Great location but will be swamped when summer starts. The hostess was amazing she really was running the whole place. Had to give her a tip. Def a fun hip place on the lake with great drinks too.

Fantastic drinks, food and service. With beautiful views. I went during the week so it had a relaxing ambiance.

It's a five there's really nothing wrong with this place. It's a marina located restaurant and it has all the aesthetics and waters front feeling that the fun food place with great service warrants.

View from the bar inside.

The food and drinks are good and somewhat pricey. We've always had good service there (with the exception of one bartender who we try to avoid). It's a great place for drinks on the lake any time of the year but can get overcrowded in the summer months. Sometimes there is live music which is always a plus.

They told us this was the same dirty ice from the same drink, the lavender lemon drop. We tasted it, and it was just sugar water.

I have loved D'Boathaus and been a patron for at least the past 6 months. But today has changed my mind. I will not be returning. I asked for a simple cocktail and they couldn't get it right three times. They even went so far as to say that if someone else orders the drink I ordered they'll give me a bit of theirs?! And after asking again, the bartender literally just put sugar water over ice and gave it to us. (Picture included) On top of that the tuna from the tuna poke was not fresh and I could only eat one bite without feeling I would get food poisoning. I'm always sure to be friendly and warm to waiters and waitresses as I have been one myself, but when all you're met with is a complete lack of care whether you get the right drink, it feels like something is very off... Apparently their new business model is to treat customers like garbage and offer extremely slow service. After talking with the manager about our discontent he agreed with us, took our food and disappeared. He comped the tuna poke but not any of the drinks, which was our main issue. Eventually he came back out of the kitchen and I asked him about this, and he changed the bill and comped one drink, but it didn't feel like any of this sunk in. At this point we just felt like inconvenience that they didn't want to deal with instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation.

The location and view are what led us to come here after a hike nearby. It was a beautiful and warm Saturday evening on a holiday weekend, perfect weather, so we expected a wait at dinner time, but were seated more quickly than projected. We were told 45+ minutes for outdoor seating and 30 min for indoor, but got a table in probably 20 minutes. We walked around the marina a bit and ordered beers from the bar to enjoy on the outdoor deck while we waited, so it was as pleasant as can be. We requested outdoor seating which wasn't available sooner, but the hostess was able to seat us right by an open patio door with view of the lake, which was actually perfect as it was starting to cool down in the evening, so we had the benefit of being warm "indoors" while enjoying an "outdoor" view and nice fresh air. The menu isn't large and includes about 4-5 appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees in each category. We ordered the burger and the fried cod sandwich, both of which are quite tasty. The cod sandwich comes with a massive thicket of cole slaw, more than I'd normally like, but the slaw is great. However the cod sort of got lost in there, and lacked crunch. I appreciated being given a side choice of fries (regular shoestring, sweet potato, or tater tots). Next time I'll have to order the scallops which look really good. The staff were all friendly and did their jobs well, from the hostess to our waitress (Nita?) to the bartender. We enjoyed the lakeside ambience - the marina faces east so no sunset, but the view and open air really add to the experience.
