First class facility available now in the little league baseball capital of the US here in East Cobb. I did not know what to expect as the last time I was here was under a different business name. DBat has transformed the place from the entry way with pro shop to the actual cages that encompass the entire warehouse. I took my son for a lesson over there, and they did an excellent job. It seems they have a lot of quality instructors if you need one. The batting cages with machines are easy to operate and have different zones for either baseball or softball. They even have a group in there providing speed and agility training for a variety of sports. This is a great place for adults and kids and I highly recommend it.

After a postponed tournament, called D-Bat and they welcomed us over and they had an awesome facility.

Located not too far off South Marietta Pkwy and Cobb Pkwy, this cool little place sits just next…read moredoor to the Marietta Diner and has plenty of parking so that is never an issue. I've passed by this place a million times but when out little one started playing soccer here, I finally had an opportunity to check it out. There is an area for batting practice as well as an indoor soccer field. Nothin too fancy about this place but I do appreciate that there are plenty of bleachers available to sit and watch as well as bathrooms available. This place is pretty clean and the staff are helpful if you need anything.

This past weekend, I hosted a family field day and kickball event at your facility. Overall, the…read morestaff members we encountered were courteous and accommodating, which we genuinely appreciated. However, our experience with the manager/owner, Shon, introduced an element of discomfort that cannot be overlooked. In preparation for this event, I visited the location on multiple occasions and had not previously encountered him. His presence and demeanor on the day of our gathering felt noticeably reactive, particularly once it became apparent that our group--comprised of approximately 40 to 50 Black attendees--was utilizing the space. This created an impression that our presence was, in some way, unexpected or unwelcome. Additionally, there was inconsistency and lack of clarity regarding your policies. We were initially informed that external speakers were not permitted. Afterward, we were told we could only utilize the facility's radio system. When we requested a station change to better suit the tone of our private event, the response involved internal deliberation and hesitation. When Shon eventually addressed us, his explanation--though carefully worded--suggested an underlying reluctance to allow what he indirectly referred to as "urban" music. While he attempted to frame this in consideration of "families" and "Christian patrons," the implication was both unnecessary and, frankly, offensive. It is important to emphasize that this was a paid, private event. As such, it is reasonable to expect that the environment would be tailored to the preferences of the hosting party, rather than hypothetical or intermittent walk-in guests. The repeated presence of management circling our group, observing, and intermittently interjecting added to an atmosphere that felt less like hospitality and more like scrutiny. While we remained focused on enjoying the occasion we planned and paid for, the overall experience was undeniably impacted by what felt like biased assumptions and differential treatment. The situation left us feeling uncomfortable and, quite honestly, disrespected. I trust this feedback will be taken seriously and used to reassess how guests--regardless of background--are engaged and accommodated moving forward.

Despite all the links to nets and frames and associated materials, all he could come up with was, "I might have a used trapezoid frame." I waited a week while he confirmed and never heard back. Called him again and was told the same thing. I finally bought one elsewhere. Unfortunately, the kit I purchased elsewhere was minus two connectors I needed, so I ordered them via his online order, thinking it would get here faster than having it shipped across country. Luckily I used my CC and not Paypal. Three days went by and I never got a purchase confirmation via email. I texted him because the site says they will respond in 5 minutes. Never got a response. For days later I called and was told he needed to check his warehouse and that he would respond that afternoon. Never called. Called one last time and was told he didn't have them in stock. I told him to cancel my order and refund me the money. We'll see if it happens, or if I have to take it up with my CC company.
