Better Baseball deserves way more than five stars. UPS delivered my baseball glove to the wrong address and it was destroyed -- something that was completely out of Better Baseball's control. Despite that, they immediately stepped up and sent me a replacement and even made sure it would arrive before Christmas. That level of integrity and customer service is rare these days. They didn't have to do that, but they chose to anyway, and it meant a lot to our family. I'm incredibly grateful and will absolutely be a lifelong Better Baseball customer. The employees were helpful but the offer on yelp when I used the "checked in" feature gave me an offer of $5 off in store purchase and no one in the store was aware of this. purchased a $250 dollar glove online from them, and when I received it, it was apparent that it was a demo. The finger tips were dirty, the glove was softer than its supposed to be (these gloves come stiff), tags were ruffed up, the tag inside the wrist was dirty. I called the store and wanted to see if I could get a price adjustment, and they said, no because it was already on sale at $200. I would be ok with that except ALL the gloves were on sale for $200 including the new ones, and this used glove was not a demo markdown. On the site it was specified it was new, and not a demo. The Better Baseball company has impeccable service and products. This company goes above and beyond in every way, especially on CHRISTMAS DAY! My son's order was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and they made it happen. My son received his Pitcher's Pocket gift on Christmas Day and was pleasantly surprised!! I purchased a coupon on halfoffdepot.com for my nephew and bf for Christmas 2012. The coupon clearly reads that it expires in 6 months BUT of course these guys dragged their feet on going - as much as they challenged each other about baseball [both of them played as adolescents], no one seemed to make an appointment to go until I badgered them about it. Finally 6 1/2 months later, they decided to try it out. I went with them because I wanted to keep score of how many hits each of them had. As soon as we walk in, the attendant was super cool. He asked them if they had their own bats and if they didn't, they had free range to use a used bat or a bran new bat as long as one of them left an ID. He asked if they had groupons, but because they were pretty much booked for the day, he offered them 30 minutes for the day and they were welcome to come back another day for a full hour. Awesome. Not realizing that I only needed to purchase one coupon for the both of them because there wasn't a limit to how many hitters are in a cage. I had no idea. I guess they now have an extra coupon to use. This place has everything. I noticed some things outside in the back. Everything you need for baseball. Turf and all. There were some workers out front digging holes. I guess they're cleaning up the place. It is a little congested out front but who cares. The customer service inside is the business. I cant wait to back with them. I plan on swinging my bat and hitting a couple of balls myself. Don't think twice about coming to this place - they should rename this place to "Everything Baseball" read more

Very unhappy with the online ordering. Website claims all in stock items will ship 24-48 hours. My first two items (in stock) shipped out 4 days later, I can live with that. My third item (in stock) I am told will possibly ship tomorrow, this is 2 weeks after my order. I was told that just because it says its in stock does not actually mean its in stock. maybe a great store for locals but not online. I've learned my lesson, will never order from here again. Phenomenal customer service! Took my son here to get him some new cleats. They didn't have the reds one he wanted in his size. Walked in and was greeted by some of the nicest and most professional guys. I was looking for a new bat and glove for my son and had little to no idea where to start. The guys here took me under their wing and I walked out with a bat with a lizard skin (because they said it helps absorb the shock, is cool, and what's in), a new glove, new pants, socks, and they broke in the glove.
