I've been here 3 times and it really seems geared towards girls softball. There are at least 8 cages/nets with ball machines in each. Not a very large space but perfect to get swings in. You need to make reservations but you can rent by the hour. We had our entire 2nd grade softball team hit in the hour. 12 girls in total. Parking is in a private lot that is mostly gravel. There tends to be lots of water puddles but it appears safe. I hope this place dries out so we can practice here again.

I like the mix of machines and free weights. Having my right arm and shoulder being weak has me concentrating on flexibility and strength with that area. There is even a walking 1/4? mile circle to walk/ run with light weights for me to carry. There are basketball and pickleball courts that I never used. Also there is an indoor swimming pool that has different pools to give different workouts or create different input. They also offer a range of meeting rooms... sometimes taken over by martial art classes. The parking lot has chargers for electric vehicles.
