This place is kid friendly they have a little ninja course on the bottom level of the ryze 10/10 so much fun. The adults can zip line and navigate through the obstacle course. They have various levels, easy medium and hard for thrill seekers. We stayed for hours. The kids enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave. The fun doesn't stop there, they also have huge yard games such as Connect four and corn hole. My fav part was mini golf! They have snacks and drinks available for purchase. DBat came up on a google search and was conveniently located so I went to their website to check it out. It was super easy to register, sign up and make reservation. Kudos for great on-line experience! Telling my grandson we were going to a batting cage was a hit and we headed to the batting cage. I was very impressed when walking in. It's been a minute since I was a softball coach and seemed to live in batting cages. Upon entering you'll find a great pro shop with softball and baseball gear. The check-in experience was easy with great staff. You'll have different cages to choose from; ball machine (kiosk driven), live pitch/hitting and pitching mound. Even with a 6 year old the pitching machine was awesome. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get a cage. I would imagine a longer wait during prime times as there are only 3 cages with pitching machines, but you can reserve on-line. D Bat has a great selection of clinics and lessons that you must check out. A great find for the baseball/softball community along the I-44 corridor.

They had a desk as soon as you walk down to greet you and see if you needed any assistance. We have personally been here a few times for family events or functions. Our kids always have a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoy going back. Our kids also always make friends which is great. There are tons of events such as kids night out, breakfast with Santa, princess dances with dad and much more I highly recommend following them and keeping an eye on all the upcoming events! Rude front desk staff ruined the experience…read more On June 21 around 1 PM, I came to the facility with my sisters, excited to enjoy a swim. Unfortunately, the indoor pool was at capacity--which is completely understandable. What wasn't okay was how the front desk staff spoke to us when we arrived. Instead of simply informing us the pool was full, the woman at the desk said, "Y'all was ready to go swimming, huh?" in a tone that came off sarcastic and dismissive. It felt like we were being mocked for just showing up ready to enjoy the amenities. We didn't cause any trouble--we just wanted to enjoy our day. But that comment and her attitude made us feel extremely unwelcome and embarrassed for no reason. That's not how guests should be treated, especially not when they're following the rules and coming in with good intentions. We ended up going to the outdoor pool instead, but the interaction at the front desk stuck with me. A little professionalism and courtesy would've gone a long way. I hope management seriously considers retraining staff on how to speak to guests respectfully--because this was a major disappointment.
