The staff was friendly and professional. I went to the back to get my wisdoms removed and the assistance or nurses were very informative and made me feel very comfortable. They used an IV on me so I was sedated but I don't remember if I went to sleep or not so maybe that's a good thing lol. I didn't feel any pain except with the insertion of the IV. Lastly the one thing that I liked the most about them was that they called me hours later just to check on me and see how I was doing. I'd recommend anyone to go here to get teeth removed!

We just moved to the area so I would be a new patient. I asked if this would be a problem and she said it would not. Today I go in for my 10am appointment at 950. I didn't get checked in until 1010 in which although I had filled out everything online as they requested, she said she would have to verify my insurance and I had more paperwork to fill out. I filled everything out and provided it back to her. At 1024 she called me up and asked if I was pregnant. I said I was. She asked for my release from my OB for x-rays and I stated I do not want x-rays, I simply need a cleaning. I just got x-rays less than a year ago, insurance only covers them once a year anyway so why is this an issue? She informed me they could not do a cleaning without x-rays and I told her again I would not consent to x-rays while pregnant. I told her I spoke to someone who said this would not be a problem, and her only response was it must have been the call center. Poor customer service experience and poor patient care.

My dental cleaning was performed by Bianca, she too was friendly, kind & knowledgeable about the treatment. Dr. Clemons came in briefly & conducted the final exam. She was able to answer questions and responded well to dental concerns. As a new patient, and new to the town; I am happy with this selection for my dental care. Other things to note: safe, secure parking lot with ample parking available. Office is CLOSED FRIDAY THROUGH SUNDAY, with closing hours at 5p on Monday through Thursday.
