Thomas who is at the front desk is extremely polite, courteous, attentive and professional. Brandon was also able to answer any questions. i went there on Friday to make an appointment to get my oil changed and noticed my tires were low on air. By the way, if you are a person with disabilities, there are plenty of handicapped spots and no impediments to get in and out.

I think they pride themselves in their professionalism, quality of their work and materials, and the efficient and fast turn around time, all excellent. I do wish I had read the reviews first. I was referred by America's Tire so it just seemed like a good recommendation and easy cuz they were right next door. I don't think are just about the money and profit. I don't think they gouge. I think they just value their higher level of service and quality. I just regret not taking it to my normal tire and brake guy because he is A Lot Cheaper I believe. My guy just isn't as professional... but I believe I paid top dollar and wish I went some place cheaper without the high end service. ChatGpt cost range makes me feel gouged. My bad, shame on me. Good luck.

Really happy with my experience at Williams Automotive. My radiator randomly blew during lunch one…read moreday and I had coolant everywhere. I had no idea where to take my car on such short notice, but I called them and they told me to bring it in so they could take a look. The next morning Scott called me and explained what needed to be done. I gave them the okay, and my car was ready just a few hours later. I also looked around and got a few quotes from other shops just to see if the price was fair, and Williams Automotive ended up being the best price by far. They also let me know my transmission fluid was really dark, which honestly wasn't surprising since I had never changed it. I came back for that service and an oil change, and once again everything was done quickly and for a really good price. Everyone I've dealt with there has been friendly and helpful. The lady in the office is also super nice, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, I'm really happy with the service, price, turnaround time, and customer service. I usually take my cars to bigger chain shops, but after coming here, I'd much rather keep bringing them to Williams Automotive.

Dont bring your car here!…read more I had my radiator was replaced when Jason was still here. Jason was a really great man. Floyd, however, is very rude and condescending. 6 months after my radiator was replaced, the new one started leaking. I called and spoke to Floyd, who stated that if the radiator is the issue, they would replace it under warranty. Three times I brought my care here, and the first two times he said it's not the radiator. So those first two times he charged me a diagnostic fee. This being my only car, I had to pay Uber fees to get it there, and get back. On top of the diagnostic charges. The first time he told me it was the water pump and tried to charge me $900. I bought it for $100 on rockauto.com and replaced it, and still had a coolant leak, so it wasn't the water pump. I took it back to him and he told me it's the coolant hose and charged me yet another diagnostic fee. I let him replace it, and it was still leaking coolant. I took it to him a third time and he said it is the radiator and replaced it for free. Or at least he says they replaced it. Once I got it back, I now have an oil leak that I didn't have before, and it still leaks coolant! The only reason I am not suing him is because I decided to get a new car. So he charged me two diagnostic fees when I was right the first time, and I had to pay Uber fees every single time I brought it here. Two Uber charges to get it there, two Uber charges back, three times. And that is on top of his incorrect diagnostic fees. And now I have a car that still leaks coolant, but also now leaks oil. I say it again, do not bring your car here!

Thank goodness for honest, local mechanics!…read more I had been calling around to different mechanics to find out which auto shop works with hybrid cars (I have a Toyota Prius). I eventually was directed to Mario's Garage and I'm so happy I found this place. As a woman, I'm always on high alert with mechanics taking advantage of me assuming I don't know anything about cars (tbh I don't lol). At Mario's Garage they were honest with me, charged me very reasonable prices, and were very understanding of any financial restraints I had. They spent extra time explaining to me what was going on with my car because I was honest about how little I know about cars. I walked out of there feeling like I could be a mechanic with all the knowledge they dropped on me...lol jk... but seriously I trust them wholeheartedly! Much love to Mario's Garage!!!
