What is even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls are not returned. No proactive updates are provided. The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.

Even knowing that I was simply in there for service work. He's got a lot of passion for his job and motorcycles in general and it truly shows. I will be back to him when it's time for my next bike... I also would like to thank Service Manager Mason for his friendliness and great communication during my service visit. He made me right at home and kept me apprised of the status of the work. I normally go to TPS Raleigh because it's much closer to me since I live in Holly Springs. But this is likely my new go to spot for work on both of my bikes. Lastly, I wanted to call out Dan in the Service Department. He worked fast and efficiently. He even came out to talk to me directly about questions he had about whether I wanted my service interval reminders reset. Super nice guy and very pleasant to talk to. Overall I had a very nice visit. I understand the location is expanding. Tripling in size even ! I guess the only hold up to that (as I understand) is possibly the town of Wake Forest... Here's a thought. Instead of expanding or adding to the motorcycle stores in the Northern most side of Wake County, how about looking at expanding in South Wake ? :) I say that in the nicest yet most selfish way. But seriously, we really could use a location in Apex , Cary, Holly Springs or wherever. How about off Hwy 64? They were the only shop in the area that would support my Genuine Scooter Company maintenance warranty. According to the manufacturers instructions they were supposed to tighten bolts, adjust valves and do a fluid change. Instead they crashed and totaled my brand new bike. Then tried to charge me for the labor and service. They crashed it on a Thursday (took it in on a Tuesday) but they didn't tell me until Saturday after I had called a bazillion times and they wouldn't call me back. The people I dealt with were Doug and Charlie. Doug was super unprofessional. Charlie (who crashed the bike) without a helmet on, who knows if the guy even has a license. I'm still super mad about this...you guys ruined my entire summer of riding. I had saved for over 2 years to buy this bike and you guys ruined it in a moment and then tried to make me feel bad about it.
