Bob was tremendous, at helping me choose the wright size piece of equipment for my needs. He always answered the phone or returned a phone call as soon as possible if he was with a customer. He was more than thorough, explaining every inch of the equipment, its uses and how to maintenance it. They offered a competitive price wright out the door without having to haggle or barter. When it was time for chipper #2 we tried cal line. The sales guy Tyler was mega awesome. He brought two different machines to or jobsite for us to try. Mom and Pop shop no more. More people in front then actually needed so overhead just inflated their…read moreprices. So I took in my weed eater in the head came off I needed a missing spacer. Off the bat she told it's 30$ just drop it off and check it. Ok so I got a call a week later it was 42$ for the washer and install. Also the gas tank had a crack in it which I had patch it with a hardner. New dual gas line and spark plug & $225 more. I deny it since my weed eater started no problem and worked. So I pick it up later at home I gas it up a new crack and it won't stay on. So I won't be coming back and won't recommend it friends and family. Time to find a new repair shop
