I took my vehicle in the latter part of 2023 and the manager himself of the service department did Diagnostics on my car and found the issue and supposedly ordered the parts that were needed. So I called and talk to Alexa and she discovered they have no record of me coming in or any parts being ordered.so Im stuck with waiting for almost 2 months to have my car brought back to do another diagnostics on it. But I used to take my car in and expect to pay $500 and walk away spending $300. It was awesome. Now, I go in expecting to pay $300 and I end up spending $600. And their upselling doesn't feel great. It seems like they're not just being helpful. It honestly feels like the people on the phone are making a commission. I'm not saying that's what's going on, but it wasn't like this before. What happened? And the extras they're adding are incredibly expensive. If the thing I'm getting fixed costs $300, I don't want to be told you need these little things and it ends up being $600. Come on guys! I don't want to look for another mechanic, but I guess I better. So yeah, if you want it fixed, this is your place. They ordered the parts, fixed the car and now it's better than new. We couldn't be happier. The front desk staff are kind and caring and made us feel like they were truly concerned. I was happy to find out they didn't try to buy other stuff for my vehicle. They did tho, give an extra paper filled with suggestions for future car repairs. I thought that was really kind to give us a heads up; and that they didn't say that we needed it all right now.
