Just as much confidence it is getting the care it needs 2. $100s in savings 3. No upsells for unnecessary services from Toyota corporate The people at Toyota are mostly great as well from what I can tell, but they have to offer things that I just don't believe are necessary and I don't like the pressure. Easy automotive is a great value with a friendly staff who goes the extra mile. Daniel, Roman, and Alexandra are especially helpful

All the technicians here have consistently been reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. The front office guys are super trustworthy and always do their best to make sure I understand the repairs and that I'm comfortable. I appreciate how accommodating they are and never pushy or rushed. It's so important to me to feel like I can relax and trust that my car is in good hands. The owner helped me a few times too and was professional, really kind, and went out of his way to help me when I was stranded at a mall one day. These guys really care and you can tell as soon as you walk in the door. I always found the costs to be pretty reasonable and the location, customer service and value seriously unbeatable. Thanks R&I for making things so easy every time I come in and for being the only shop I trust!

I've been visiting Chau at VN Auto/Foreign Car Repair for a few years now, ever since my…read more93-plus-year-old neighbor (whose life wisdom I do not question) told me, "Go to Chau." I have obeyed ever since. I've brought him VWs, Subarus - basically any car that dealership service departments have tried to hold for ransom. Compared to their sub-standard, over-priced "care," Chau is a magician. A wizard. A mechanical therapist. The man routinely fixes things in minutes, waves his hand, and sends me off on my merry way without charging me a dime. In return, I attempt to restock his wine cellar... although I'm pretty sure he's a connoisseur and I'm just the amateur who brings him "grape-based beverages." He's an excellent mechanic with a can-do attitude, the kind of person who inspires both trust and mild suspicion that he might secretly be a superhero. The only downside? He's so good and so beloved that sometimes I have to wait a couple of days to get into his shop. But honestly - totally worth it. My cars are happier than I am after a three-day weekend. Highly recommend.

I took my car in years ago and was so impressed with their honesty, integrity, and quality that I had my entire family switch mechanics for the first time in decades. Not only do they not overcharge you, but they go out of their way to ensure you are aware that more affordable solutions can be possible or that no work may be required at all. In a world where you're unsure whether or not your mechanic is pulling a fast one on you, you can finally put your guard down at Northgate Automotive. The appreciation I have for how they operate runs so deep that when I realized I hadn't already written a five star review, I came back years later to ensure I gave them their flowers. If are this deep in the reviews, trying to find evidence of an Auto Shop that will treat you with respect and dignity, circle this review with the red pen. Once you find the right mechanic, you never look back.

I had a scheduled appointment for a wheel alignment and arrived at the agreed time. When I got…read morethere, I was told that I would have to wait approximately another hour despite having an appointment. What made the experience much worse was the way I was treated afterward. The person at the shop approached me and started criticizing the way I had driven into the area, telling me that I was driving fast "like a police officer." I told him that if he believed I had actually done something wrong, he was welcome to write me a ticket. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he then told me not to come back to his shop. I came here as a paying customer, on time for an appointment, expecting a simple wheel alignment. I did not expect to have my scheduled time disregarded, then be confronted and ultimately told not to return. Regardless of the quality of the mechanical work, this was an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful customer-service experience. I would not recommend this business based on the way I was treated. If the lift was inoperable, the professional thing to do would have been to notify customers with scheduled appointments before they drove to the shop. A simple call or text would have saved everyone time. Customers' time matters too -- time is money. I have attached screenshots because the business owner keeps changing his public responses and his version of what happened. In his first response, he apologized for the inconvenience caused by an inoperable vehicle lift. In his later response, he claimed that I did not have an appointment at all. His description of the driving incident has also changed and become increasingly serious with each response. I am not going to argue about these accusations. I am simply attaching screenshots of the owner's own responses so that anyone reading this review can see how his statements have changed and draw their own conclusions.
