The Haledon Firestone Really went down hill !! I made an…read moreearly morning appt. for an oil change. I was told on the phone it would not take long. When I got there they told me about 1-1/2 hours. Once they knew I was not waiting for the car it would be ready by 3pm. 4 pm the car was still not done !!!!!!! I took the car back home undone. I no longer trusted them to do the work. I looked in the room 3 mechanics just hanging around not working. Pitiful !!!!!

They installed my brakes BACKWARDS! My truck almost locked up because of this. Had to get my brakes/rotors redone by Firestone (who confirmed my brakes were installed incorrectly). I had to take Specialty Auto to court for reimbursement, and I was awarded the judgment. I am still waiting to be compensated even though the court has ordered them to pay. I would NOT go here unless you want to go to court, as they do NOT back their work!
