He informed me that the doors should have been installed and later replaced if necessary. Mike promptly scheduled an appointment to take measurements for the new doors. Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. On the day of installation, Orange Mirror and Glass arrived 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled appointment time. I appreciated their punctuality, as it is uncommon for contractors to arrive early. The team removed my old, heavy mirror doors from 1973 and installed the new frameless doors efficiently within approximately 30 minutes. Based on this positive experience, I have decided that Orange Mirror and Glass will be my preferred glass company for all future projects.

This man has absolutely zero Customer Service, professionalism, or work ethic. I am apalled that I paid over $500 for some screens in my home. I was supposed to have the best, toughest material that would prevent my cats from tearing through. When he came to install the windows screens he literally told my sons that you could try to take a knife to the screen and it would not cut. He even told them to go get a knife so they could demonstrate. My son's thought he was crazy so they didn't do that. What I'm posting is a series of messages that ensued between this business owner and myself and a damaged screen that he took no responsibility for. Avoid this business at all cost if you want anything that is worth your money.

But for safe practices & clean up I would give 2 stars... (maybe still being generous). Yes, they let me know that I would need to move any furniture out of the way &/they would cover the beds with a blanket BUT by the time I decided what to do, the worker was already chipping away at the broken glass windows. How am I supposed to move a king size bed within a minute? And though I did move my child's bed, it still got glass on it. Now, both my bed and my 5Y child's bed still have shards of glass including our floors, window sills & who knows where else in addition to debris. It's not tons, but some pieces big enough to be concerning & cut our foot on &/scrape our face. I also intentionally folded up the blanket they used to "prevent" such a mess myself to ensure the shards would stay encased inside, only to witness it being shaken out on our sidewalk-front yard where our dog, kid & neighborhood dogs play and pass often. Would strongly advise: 1. Let your customers know further in advance what prep is required especially if you don't intend to do a thorough clean up job afterwards 2. Implement safer practices eg lay tarp inside and out around the areas glass will be broken BEFORE starting the work
