After taking a bunch of…read morequotes, they seemed liked they cared the most about doing a great job and they were actually the most affordable. This, combined with the quality of work that we ended up with have resulted in our highest recommendation. Nathanial found and corrected so many issues that the previous installer (who was either not an electrician or a terrible one) had made. He made sure our house was safe and took the time to show and explain to us clearly any issues that arose. Nathanial is the best and you can tell how much he cares about his work. I think our house had one of the worst electrical situations possible, and I think it would be rare to find other electricians in the state who could have handled the job as expertly as Nathanial and Scott did. Every inspector that came to our house also commented on how nice a job they did!

When we moved a year later, there was no question--we called Scott and his team to install a new charger at our new home. Once again, the service and quality of work were outstanding. We couldn't be happier with the experience. It's hard to imagine finding a better electrician than the team at Scott Kiel Electric.

After pulling everything out and drying it up, we found it was leaking from our garbage disposal. Fortunately, we are members of the Cardinal Care Club, so of course we called Cardinal. He gave me lots of options and explained different benefits of each. He really knows his stuff. By 9:10 am Ken had completed i still, cleaned up & was on his way. Well done! This is one more reason we are Cardinal Customers and Care Club Members. That isn't going to change anytime soo

This makes me wonder what they are charging other people who haven't researched the things they want to the same degree I have. It's almost criminal. Their estimator was very pleasant, though. And their communication is quite good. Maybe that's where the extra $5k is required!!!.... Complete BS

This was the next afternoon, after MG&E said there was a broken weatherhead that need replacing first before they could reattach the wire. But the afternoon of the 11th brought nonstop thunderstorms and the technician waited in his truck for a break in the rain to get out and fix it, but it didn't come. He went home and I went to my family's house since I had no power for dinner. When I came home, I got a text saying Ader had returned and completed the repair. My neighbor was so impressed by Ader's tenacity waiting for the a break in the rain, that he will also start using Helping Hands! Thank you so much!

The lights flickered several times which was at least one time too many. Normally my Lennox unit shrugs that off but not this time. I called All Comfort Services today and they were able to send Monte A. on the same day. He's the man! All he had to do was be in the house and his aura was enough to bring that dead unit back to life! (Seriously!) He said he just checked the outside unit and it seemed to be blowing hot air indicating it was working. Honestly it wasn't working when I checked it the evening before - my aura must be old & tarnished. Like me. Good thing Monte's isn't. Just the trip charge - worth it. I've made a service appointment to get the oil changed and tires rotated on the furnaces and air conditioning unit and I'm certain whomever they send will bring the aura, too. We are comfortable once again.
