We purchased a home that had been flipped 10 years prior, and Brian and his team helped us to rebuild the master bathroom shower, which looked great, but had cracked floor tiles from inferior installation that allowed water to leak through the pan and rot the entire sub-floor. What you pay for with a company like Simplicity is all the prep work that you DON'T see, and that prep work makes all the difference.
