We booked it and from beginning to end, it was smooth sailing with them. They consistently told me what was going on, where there technicians were and how much longer the work would be, each day. We had several different crews at different stages in the process and each and every one was great! They showed up on time, text to let us know they were coming, set up protective plastic sheets in the house, wore boot covers while in the house and worked hard each day. I literally live a mile down the road from them and they can't have another tech come? There is only one tech? Thoroughly disgusted with them. If I could use someone else I would.
