The guys were hard workers, I had a lot of weeds on the driveway and it took them 2 days of pressure washing. The day the driveway was sealed, it down poured about 15 minutes after the completed the job. Naturally, I was concerned the sealant wouldn't have had time to set and reached out to the company. They assured me it was ok. 6 weeks later and my driveway looks like it was never treated. Very disappointed in the results, I might as well have set $3k on fire. Reached out to the company via email first and was ignored, finally got in touch with them via phone after several attempts and was told there was nothing they can do and encouraged me to now pay for a weed removal team. I understand the rain was unfortunate but I feel that the company could have done more to make sure I had quality results instead of dismiss my concerns when I immediately reached out. Very disappointed and I feel like it was a complete waste of money. They were hard workers while they were out there, and that is the reason I am giving them any stars to be honest. Unfortunately I do not recommend this company.

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

Alex's demo crew was a very hard working crew! Alex was attentive and was willing to answer all our questions. He made sure his guys cleaned up daily and removed any and all demo debris as they took our walls down and installed a whole new load bearing beam. He was respectful to his crew as well! He is a great crew boss. Electrician was very knowledgable. And the cabinet crew and trim crew were wonderful and so precise! There were others that I cannot remember everyone's names. Call Greystone, tell them Susan Bolton recommended them! You won't be sorry!

Mistake after mistake with Greystone at times having to fix their initial "fix". Apparently workers did not look at the plans (a copy of which was on site). Phone desk to be lower than other cabinets initially installed at same height as other cabinets. Plans showed Mbath sink to be on left of counter but plumber moved plumbing to the right. Had to fix it. Plumber raised shower arm 5-6" contrary to plan and explicit denial of permission to raise it on day 1. They didn't want to fix it; I insisted. When lowered, no thread tape used on shower arm causing leak that had to be fixed under warranty. Leak caused white tiles to turn grayish. Research showed spec sheet said tiles were not suitable for shower floor; floor had to be replaced. Greystone initially refused to fix shower step plate issues which caused issues with shower door placement. Had to redo glass (and quartz on half wall in addition to step plate). Step plate tilted out of shower instead of in toward shower; had to be fixed under warranty. Contracted for regrout of Mbath floor (avalanche white grout). They did resurfacing instead. Old grout quickly showed through. First "fix" was smearing a GRAY substance over the grout/tile edges in those areas. They finally hired grout expert to do regrout contracted for. They had to lower the vanity after talking me into installing it higher because it hit me in a painful place when I reached for the faucet. Many other issues. Repeated theme: They didn't want to fix damage if it could be covered up or have something placed in front of it so it wouldn't be seen. In fairness, PM overseeing warranty work was great; went above/beyond to ensure things were fixed right. Does good warranty work make months of mistakes and stressful battles to get things fixed worthwhile? Decide for yourself.

Roof looks great and they were even able to help us with the insurance process to get this covered, which was a big plus. Willing to work with our crazy schedule, which kept changing, with no complaints. Entire team was polite and treated our property with respect. Put down tarps to prevent a big mess in the yard etc. Afterwards, cleaned up beautifully. And they checked for nails with large magnets not once, not twice, but THREE times - and the final clean up was done by the owner himself, just as he had promised me! So nice to work with and everything was done on time, as promised. Highly recommend!
