I can't stop recommending Impact Enclosures. The quote and measurement process was so easy. The customer service from beginning to end was amazing. Honestly the price was a little higher than expected, but the quality, customer service and follow up from Impact Enclosures was worth every penny. I live on a preserve so small bugs, mosquitoes and spiders are a huge issue. With the No See Um screen my patio is safe guarded. Alvino was great! He installed my patio enclosure flawlessly and did not disturb me while I was working. He also gave a great suggestion to relocate my patio door so I could utilize more wall space. This is a review concerning the lack of respect, horrible work ethic, and a waste of my time. I reached out to Holly Hull, Design Consultant here at Impact enclosures and had a meeting with her via phone on May 13th. She stated that she would send over the quote. I reached out to her on May 14th inquiring about the quote that was promised to me that day. Nothing. I reached out to her via text yet AGAIN on May 27th informing her that it was well past the 7 days that she claimed it would take to gather a quote for my property. She already had all of the information, measurements and pictures. However, when I texted on May 27th and told her that I never received anything from her via email, she claimed she'd send it that day. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING FROM HOLLY HULL Today is May 31st and my virtual appointment was on May 13th. My point in this review is this, if Impact Enclosures didn't want the business then that could have been expressed. She has repeatedly made promises but didn't fulfill them. That is NOT how you thrive in a pandemic and that is definitely piss poor business. I would not recommend this company to anyone who wants/needs any work done on their house. Do better and respect working people's time, energy, and MONEY. read more

I hesitated to put this review out here; however, I still have an enclosed area where the super gutter was installed poorly and leaks in my space that was suppose to be a little slice of heaven for me. The company came out multiple times to "fix" the issue but unfortunately I'm still dealing with the gutter bowing at my door and leaking from multiple places. I have tried to seal it and put leaf guards on all gutters yet still can't stop the leak. This was a very expensive mistake using Impact Enclosure for my job.if I could give a zero that would be my rating at this point. read more

I called Impact Inclosure after I saw the expert quality workmanship they provided on my neighbor's lanai so I decided to have my lanai re- screened with a new door . The office staff was very friendly and scheduled me for an estimate within a few days Geoff Gurr the Quality control manager came to my house . let me tell you working with these guys start to finish was a breeze... the quote they wrote us was extremely reasonable, they had a variety of neat options that I've never even seen before (hose hook up, one way flaps to let water OUT....). The office kept us informed of rising aluminum prices and how we could keep the costs down. They stayed in touch with us the entire way and I cannot begin to say how supportive they were with my last minute changes and alterations. we are so so so happy with our screen, the patio is now LIVABLE. IE built our lanai last year and this year built a stone veneered grill island inside the lanai. We have worked with Eric, the operations manager, Jimmy, Al, Darren, Alvino and others. We've also worked with office personnel, including Tammy, and Ryan, an owner, who helped us design the lanai. This is a high class organization. The employees are skilled at their jobs and very customer oriented. They deliver a superior product at a fair price. We have recommended IE to others, who have all had a very positive experience. We will continue to recommend IE and will use them in the future as our needs correspond with services they provide. read more

I contacted Impact Enclosures for repair of my screen enclosure after hurricane damage. I asked for an estimate based on given information and was provided one over the phone. The owner asked if I wanted to be put on the list for repairs I said yes. I was then contacted by someone from the office stating that my repairs would be a certain amount and asked again if I wanted to be put on the scheedule, mind you this is three weeks after the owner said I would be scheduled. Two weeks later I receive a call from the guy who is going to do the work and he tells me he can not complete the work because he can not repair the panels over the pool, that someone else would have to do that which would be another service call and additional service fee. Not one time did anyone from this company provide me with an onsite free estimate prior to the day of work. They were 'too busy'. I live out of town so coordinating work was difficult and I needed a reputable company according to reviews and BBB. NOT SO MUCH. They did what they wanted no t what I asked. I needed the work to be completed due to sale of the home. The worker that came to my home left the work site a mess. The office manager was rude and did not listen to me. The company wont allow credit payments unless you pay the 3% fee, which makes it inconvenient for those that d not write checks. It's just not a company i would recommend for screen repairs in Jacksonville fl...please find another company if you are considering this company. read more

If I could go lower than one star I would. It took three weeks of calling and leaving messages before I could get ONE question answered. Then we started receiving a call about once a week for three more weeks saying they would start construction the following week. After the third no show I called and wanted to cancel my contract and give them my down payment of 500.00. The next day a contractor showed up. The gentleman started the conversation with my wife by saying "he prefers costumers that stay inside, out of the way, and don't ask a lot of questions".The subcontractors they used were horrible. We had a 16x23 patio paved and when complete the entire thing was way off center and had waves in it. We had a 3 inch overhang off the footer on one end and two inches of exposed footer on the other end. Had to argue for two weeks before someone came out to look at it. Needless to say once there they agreed that the entire thing had to be ripped up and start over. The day before the city was scheduled for final inspection, Impact sent a rep out and come to find out, the screened in enclosure wasn't 100% completed by their contractor. In the beginning the salesman stated that the owner is still very involved with the company and that he takes pride in his involvement. So from me to the owner, if you are truly involved, you should be embarrassed of YOUR company. read more

We are 2 years out from Ryan and his team building our 40'x12'x45' pool and deck enclosure and installing an aluminum fence around the property. I was more than a little skeptical at first as we lived in another state and were trying to get ready to move to Florida. Turns out, the enclosure has held up well, looks beautiful and is a testament to this company's desire to produce a quality product. I would recommend Impact Enclosures for their workmanship, for quality and for customer service very highly. There are a lot of yahoos out there who claim to do good work, often leaving homeowners terribly dissatisfied. That will not be the case with Impact Enclosures. I would commend them to you as skilled, reliable and reputable. I can offer no higher reference. read more

I hired this company because they appeared to be very professional and organized. We contracted for a screened patio and widened driveway After my deposit was made, and my HOA approval sent, things went downhill quickly. I waited and waited for communication from this company, and finally had to call three times to get any answers about my project. I was told the pavers were on order. Right after that, I received a call from the salesperson, Ron Keiser, and was told my quote was incorrect, and that they wanted over a $1000 more for the job. Needless to say, we did not comply with that request, as I had the job in writing. A couple of weeks later (over three months in at this point) we were told we were starting. The sod removal and footer went in seamlessly. However, the pavers were due....tomorrow....maybe in a few days......next week.....! They did come a little earlier than the last report, and were installed the next day. However, the paver people kept telling me they knew nothing about the driveway. We had to get with the owner because the paver people cut our irrigation system and most of it did not work. We also found out the dog door was not included as I had asked for. That cost us over $300.00 Then the wait began again. The screened enclosure took another month to start. Again, no communication except when my husband would call the owner. They did a nice job on the screening, but left the gutters a mess. They cut my light colored gutter out and installed a black one to match the enclosure. However, they left the ends of my previous gutters open. It took six months to get the job done, when we were told 8-10 weeks to start, including permit time. Our driveway never did get done. Imagine my surprise when we were billed for the driveway. My husband called the owner (the only way things got done), and told him to take off the driveway, and that the bill would be paid when the gutters were completed. A few days later the office called and asked for the money. When I told them I wanted a new bill with out the driveway, I received a snippy " Have you told anyone about this before now?" I would not hire this firm again. read more
