Conveniently forgetting to bill us the month each jug nearly doubled in price, they are putting the entire blame on "corporate" and "corporate" (somewhere in Illinois) says Melbourne, Florida, bills at their discretion. 10% - 20% increase (with advance notice) understandable in today's world, but there is no excuse for gouging loyal customers. Every one of their upper management is lying and deceiving customers - and admin employees, evidently - it's disgraceful. DON'T GET SUCKED INTO THEIR SALES AND SERVICE PITCHES - CONSUMERS BEWARE!

Well, the tech didn't show up and stopped answering calls so I decided to go local but everywhere was closed Sun/Mon for the holiday weekend. After calling around various places yesterday and being told I would have to wait 1 to 2 weeks GW Pumps & Purification rearranged their schedule and got a guy out yesterday afternoon. The tech, Ray, was nothing but nice and helpful and after being without hot water for 5 days we were back in business!

She was having trouble finding the problem. After looking for an hour she shattered she was tired and felt like it would be better to come back the following morning. She shared she'd ponder on it over night. True to her word she came back the next morning and found the problem. It was a much larger problem than we thought. We needed our sewer pipes replaced. She was very understanding and acknowledged it was an expense to fix. She gave us tips on how to baby our system. Fast forward 2 1/2 years... we needed it replaced and began getting quotes from Roman plumbing and several others. We really wanted to go with Romans. She was the most expensive or the cheapest but said she would work for us. We signed a contract. Then the messy job began. We packed up everything and put plastic up everywhere. Thank goodness. Well then the issues started. It was expected to take 10-15 days. Three months later she still wasn't done. She wasn't coming when she said or would come for an hour and leave. Cleaning up after herself and her workers was not a strong suit. We had finger and handprints everywhere. She never attempted to clean this or the stains they made when sawing our floors up. She ruined our brand new hurricane impact front door. She told us work was done that wasn't ie that she glued the shower panels up when installing a new enclosure. The walls moved. Not a little but a lot. My husband took apart the enclosure and guess what no glue was applied. Even after showing her pictures she stated she glued them and didn't know what happened to the glue. The shower floor was another story that cast over$2000.00 to have someone else come in to fix her mistake. Ann ended up walking off the job when we started pointing out things that still weren't complete or done incorrectly. More went on but it would be a 300 page book to share everything. In fairness she did not charge us for work she completed but never wrote up a new contract for before doing the work. Less than $1500.00. Because she did that though she said that voided our warranty. It has cost us so much extra money to fix her mistakes and imperfections. Beware if you have a big job.
