Firestone said all 4 tires were bad and they refused to just fix the flat tire. We needed the vehicle and my husband had them put on one tire, $140. He asked for the old tire to take home; not too pleased with that request but he did get the tire. Subsequently, we went to the dealer to have them look at the tires to see if they needed replaced. The dealer did fix the flat tire and we had them put the original tire back on the vehicle. They stated all four tires were at worst at half life. Firestone stated the tires were at 2/32 and the dealer measured the tread depth at 4/32 and 5/32 when inspecting the tires! Needless to say, we will NEVER return to the 50th and L location. He comes back into the waiting room after 10 minutes or so of them opening up the hood of her car and brings me into the garage. I called back a couple days later to confirm what the manager had said and he doubled down. Direct quote: "Ohhhhh yeah that was really bad. Really really bad. You should sell that ASAP" Took the car in for a second opinion at an actual repair shop and turns out twas just a cracked coolant reservoir... $150 fix. Turns out we are keeping the car. I had been needing new tires for over a year and finally broke down and started shopping around…read moreonline. I checked prices at Walmart, Costco, the Toyota dealership and Tires Plus, and for the quality, Tires Plus by far had the best price (they were running a sale and it ended up being almost $70 cheaper than Walmart for a set of 4, good quality tires). I was able to shop around online, compare tires/prices, make my selection, and after seeing an estimate of what my total cost would be for the tires and installation (AKA no hidden fees), schedule my appointment online. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for 6 pm that Friday. I ended up being early by about 30 minutes and they had no problem getting me in right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and, most importantly, the bill I got was exactly what the online estimate had been, down to the penny. They offered me a warranty, which I declined, and that was the end of that. I didn't feel pressured to buy the warranty or any other unnecessary services or upgrades. The annoying sales tactics at a lot of car places is a huge pet peeve of mine, so they get major bonus points for not engaging it that. Since they close at 7 pm, I anticipated that I would drop my car off and pick it up the following day. When I went to confirm this with the woman at the front counter, she stated they had planned on getting it done that night, but I could pick it up the next day if I preferred. My husband and I decided to wait and just hung out in the area for an hour and a half. We called to check the status after about an hour (we were still really skeptical they were going to be able to install the tires in an hour and 15 minutes) and were told it would be ready around 7. We arrived at 7 and it was done within 5 minutes, which actually meant the mechanic and front desk woman stayed a little late to accommodate us. I have been driving on the tires for a few weeks and am very happy with the quality of the tires and have had no issues thus far. If you are shopping for new tires or need any other car services they offer, I would definitely recommend this place. Good quality and great service!

They said to bring the car back in a few days later, and they would look at it and fix whatever the problem was well it turned out. It was a broken shock brand new after installation. It broke and then I also had a tire replaced on the right rear and that tire continuously goes flat and it's brand new so I really appreciate everything they did but it seemed like everything they touched just was not blessed. I still have not taken the vehicle back or called them about the right rear new tire they put on the continuously goes flat. all in all, I was treated very good by the staff and the staff out in the bays were also very nice people. Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full. Even when there were some issues with the used transmission that we had sourced Joe worked with them on our behalf and got them to warranty it and send a different one.
