When I returned to get a replacement key fob, was also a smooth and quick process. When I've needed to drop my car off for service, they've had awesome loaners that I didn't want to give back, haha. the one thing I'd say is a miss with this location are the amenities, any other car dealership I've been to there's at least coffee and some snacks while you wait if you're in the service department but here they have only a vending machine so you have to buy your own and a small area to wait. Not a huge deal because I'd rather have good service and friendly and helpful sales, but it is an important point when you might have to be at the dealership for a while.
