I had enough and thankfully found Marsio to put in brand new tiles and he added a DITRA layer to also prevent future cracking from foundation shifts or walking on the tile. He finished the job quickly and left our bathroom clean. He is awesome to communicate with if there are questions as well. He also was able to repair 3 marble tiles in our foyer that had developed a hairline cracks due to the foundation cement cracking underneath, which was partially due to the original contractor not putting enough glue under the marble tiles. The installation could not have gone better: the installer arrived on time, worked diligently, cleaned up thoroughly, and was out promptly. But I think he deserves a shout-out for the BEAUTIFUL job he did. He had to remove many baseboards and thresholds, but when he replaced them, he really went the extra yard, not only carefully caulking the baseboards when he put them back, but touching up the paint, filling the nail holes and painting over them, so everything looked perfect. And he even cleaned the thresholds so they looked even better than before. I'd give them more stars if I could.

The wood under the counter had rotted so I couldn't tighten the faucet to keep it secure. Contacted Jeff and sent him some pics. He came out and made quick work to fix the problem using a custom piece that he had precut for my kitchen. He was super organized and prepared, and left the area cleaner than it was beforehand! Will definitely call again when I have a project that requires skill and experience.
