Jonathan arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, exactly as scheduled. He assessed the damage and spent about two hours repairing the slide. When he was finished, I was amazed. This time, we decided to move forward with a project Luis recommended: refinishing one of the wood laminate kitchen countertops in our rental unit. Initially, I expected the result to look like a simple repaint, especially considering how worn and faded the laminate surface had become. However, once I saw the finished work, I could hardly believe my eyes. It genuinely looked as though we had replaced the countertop with granite. The finish appeared solid, durable, and waterproof.
