Didnt get a copy of key for me for my semi tractor trailer but guy was mad helpful. He gave me two other alternatives to call. He couldnt do it because he doesnt have that type of key. The key type is kind of rare. But he does do smart keys and stuff. Call and see whats up if you need him or not. Called 12pm Saturday. Seems trustworthy. Responsive. Helpful. The two numbers he gave me were no good. One didnt answer. The other was unreliable, slow response, pocket dialed me twice which ended up being interesting lol, & didnt gave the key. read more

On 4/4/2020 I sent a quote request on Yelp & waited a bit to get a response. Based on their Yelp reviews this was the company I wanted to do business. I had already booked someone and as soon as Norma made contact with me, provided me with an estimate, and how soon they can provide service I cancelled the other company. The who drove to my home was Francisco. He called me to inform me he would be assisting me & advised me of ETA. Also explained to me the cost efficient option of purchasing a spare key with programming rather than just a spare key to open the car which I thought that was excellent customer service!! Upon arrival we greeted eachother, he proceeded to unlock the car through the driver's side, and assisted to make the spare key (programmed it to start the car). Eventually once everything tested out and worked we paid the fee $99 (tax is added after 6pm (never heard of this but ok)). My overall experience was great! I had an issue with my key fob for my Chevy Malibu and so I messaged D'ace here on Yelp to get a quote. They responded promptly and we made an appointment for a few days later for a replacement. The appointment was made for 12 o'clock noon. It was just a couple minutes after 12, which was not a big deal, but I called them just to verify that I did still have an appointment. The man on the phone was very nice and did verify that I had made an appointment at 12, but that they show up within a 2 hour window, so from 12-2. I totally understand, but it just would have been nice to know that beforehand so I could plan my day accordingly. Omar showed up just after 1:00 and was wearing a mask, which was great. This is my first time losing a push button keyless car. I had no idea how expensive it was to replace it. I called Infinity and they wanted almost $500 and tow it to them. need 3rd keyfob for my Mercedes-Benz (just a habit of having more than 2 working sets), browsing around yelp and craigslist for locksmiths nearby who can at least reprogram a working keyfob, a little bit surprised on how much even these locksmiths want for the job. This is my first Mercedes Benz and kept thinking these locksmiths wanted to rip me off. D'Ace replied with the best price among others and while doing the job, now I understand why it costs so much for such job to do. it took at least 30 minutes for it to be completed. Unfortunately, he was not confident that he'd be able to cut the key blade, so it is left as blank (can't open door and trunk manually and lock the glove box).
