2015 Chevy Malibu wouldn't start and had an idea it was due to the key, but only had one key. Talked to Norma who was very friendly, professional, and honest about our possible issues. She tried to find the root of the problem before accepting the job and was honest about the pricing. I ended up having them come out and make me a second key and replaced the broken remote. Francisco was awesome ! He was very friendly, professional and quick! Thank you guys for providing great service, appreciate it ! read more

This is my first time losing a push button keyless car. I had no idea how expensive it was to replace it. I called Infinity and they wanted almost $500 and tow it to them. Being I was in a situation where I was just robbed at gunpoint and my keys were stolen, my funds were really low. I hopped on yelp, found a spot and did a quote. 10 mins later I got 7 quotes. Prices were $400, $475, $420 etc etc. All of a sudden Norma gives me a quote for HALF of everyone. $200 programmed and key made! I DIDN'T even believe it because it sounded so good to be true. With nothing to lose, i made an appt with her son Francisco and he came the next day. Popped my car open, reprogrammed my car and even made me a spare key. HoLY!! Coolest guy ever. No hidden fees, no tricks..straight up the price quoted. He got me up and running in 15 mins!!! D'ace locksmith is the BEST YOU WILL FIND GAURANTEED!!!!! THANK YOU NORMA AND FRANCISCO!!!!! read more

I had lost my car key while staying in Rosemead. Couldn't find it so I finally yelp a locksmith. Came across many yelps but D'ace locksmith was the first to reply quickly (within 2-3 minutes!) Norma was very detailed in her response towards my questions about getting a replacement. Within 2 hours, they already had someone come out and help me! Omar was the locksmith and he was very nice and helpful. Quick and easy. He was informative with the questions we had and new 'on the spot' questions we had about my fiancé car and her sister's car! He estimated about 20-30 minutes to replace my Honda Accord key fob and took like 15 minutes and made sure everything worked! It came out great! Very professional. For $150 for a new key fob replacement, you can't beat it! Dealerships charges $400 and even other places were charging around $250 and they did it for a fraction of the price! Definitely affordable and a great locksmith to keep in mind if you lose your keys! read more

Awesome service! Got me a new duplicate key, and they fixed the damaged locks on my other cars door!

I Broke my Ford Fusion key from the FOB itself. I searched around on Google and was able to come across D'ACE LOCKSMITH in Norwalk. The technician communicated with me and kept me updated with his eta to my house. He was able to make a new key and save the day. Thanks D'ACE!!!!!! read more

Just updating the ratings. I ended up getting a newer car since I am out of a lease finally and basically financing at a lower rate but I still wanted the remote start and went back with the business that did the programming the first time around. Messaged Norma and of course she responds fast and managed to get someone out the next day for me to get my key done and it was Fernando again! I had my old key and just wanted to reprogram it to my new car and I asked if they had extra spares just in case of an emergency. They did not have any but Fernando told me he will go pick one up for me and took care of me. I am so happy with this business and now it's summer I remote start my car so the inside can cool down. Thank you again! read more

So responsive and quick to schedule an appointment. Fair pricing. Would definitely hire them again!

I needed a couple keys for my car and Francisco was very helpful in making sure that I was up and running as quickly as possible. He was up front about cost ( cost was way less than the dealership ) and kept me updated on when he would receive the keys and when he would be stopping by to program them. Communication was amazing by him, the best I have seen with any company. He came programmed and cut my keys in 20 minutes and really helped me out with getting everything done in the time he said he would. I would recommend Francisco and this company to my friends and family and to YOU! Yes YOU, the person reading this. read more

Best in the business. Would not hesitate to give them a call. Hopefully don't have to work with them again but I'll know who to call if I need a locksmith. read more

Super quick response time from Norma! Scheduled a tech to come to me and was in and out within 20 minutes! The technician was super helpful and answered my questions. I would totally recommend this locksmith to anyone who needs new car keys cut and reprogrammed! read more

Had my key remote replaced couple months ago, but started malfunctioning soon after, contacted the company again five times to have it replaced but they never contacted me or got back to me by message or phone and when they finally answer by phone they said that they will be contacting me by yelp. After several messages I still have not gotten an answer and reached out to them over a month ago. This company has no customer service at all and are not willing to give warranty for their services. read more

I wanted an extra key fob for my Infiniti QX56. After contacting numerous locksmiths, D'ace provided the best price. After scheduling an appointment. The tech was in and out in no time. He had a great attitude. Highly recommended 10 out of 10 stars. Norma was also great in setting things up. read more

Although I didn't get to use their services, their customer service is great. They quoted me a very good price for replacing my key fob. They answered all my questions and responded promptly to my messages. Their price was less than other quotes would definitely recommend them on the mere fact that they have excellent customer service. read more

Their price was competitive and the service was great. He showed up to my work and half an hour later, I had two brand new keys.

Gave these guys a call to address a bad wafer in a Tacoma ignition cylinder that was causing my key to get stuck. Answered right away and after asking a few questions to figure out what I actually needed, they quoted a very fair price. Scheduled a time for service same day and arrived on time. They even texted me when the tech was on the way and called when they arrived. Covid friendly, wearing a mask and keeping distance the whole time. Advised me of how long it would take and that they would give me a call when done. Went quicker than the estimated. Friendly, timely, knowledgeable and fair. It's hard to beat that from a service provider. They even cut a new key to replace my worn key. I would definitely call these guys in the future. read more

After calling so many Lexus dealerships, AAA and other mobile locksmiths, D'ACE is the best. Thank you.

Great service and great prices. Highly recommend for anyone in the area. They respond fast too

I will never use anyone else for all my locking needs! Super fast responses! Quick service! Very accommodating! Francisco met me in a public space. Made me feel safe and comfortable. He was on time and very friendly. I went with them for the price but I will stay for the service! They got me a replacement set (key and remote) but less than half the price other locksmiths wanted! They do quality work and use quality products. read more

My ignition wasn't turning, so I put some feelers out on Yelp and Norma wrote me back almost instantly. She gave me a reasonable quote, and I had my car fixed in less than 24 hours. They're the real deal! And they make house calls! Couldn't recommend more. read more

Super quick, responsive, and friendly. Price is amazing, very much recommended to anyone. Ever need a locksmith, this is the one.

I am very impressed with D'ace locksmith! I've been having such trouble trying to get a new set of keys. I've even had two (OTHER) locksmiths BAIL without calling. Francisco (I'm bad at names) not only came within 3-4 hours of calling but It was also affordable which is a major plus! My battery was also dead & he grabbed some jumper cables and charged it AND filled my completely flat tire. I highly recommend this company read more

Shady! I would have liked to have given a higher rating, but when ownership has a policy of upping their estimate at the last minute and not honoring their estimate it leaves me a little salty. Fransico, the owners son, was able to solve my problem by issuing me a new, programmed fob in less than 15 minutes. Service was great, but if you use them, make sure they don't scam you by telling you it's more money after they finish with the job. To Norma, the owner, shame on you. That is not how you should conduct business. You won't be getting any more money out of me. read more

Our older Chevy Tahoe was broken into last night, and after getting several quotes we were getting increasingly stressed out about the price and ability for anyone to help us today, given it is New Year's Eve. The quote from D'ace was half the price of others and they estimated they could come out in 3 hours, which was very accurate and impressive, given the holiday. Francisco was quick and fixed our ignition and door lock in record time. He even gave us a brand new key fob, which we did not have before. Would definitely recommend for price, quality and customer service. Clever, creative and professional - they have our business. He even kept his mask on the entire time, even though he was outdoors - something we really appreciated. read more
