Extremely happy and satisfied with this locksmith. I lost my truck keys and called eleven different locksmiths via Yelp. The first ten locksmiths I contacted advised me that they would be unable to assist me as I required a FOB keyless remote for my SUV to be made on the spot and my vehicle to be opened in order for me to gain entry. The eleventh locksmith I contacted, D'Ace Locksmith advised me that they could send someone out to my home within four to five hours, quoted me a very reasonable price and the part which was music to my ears was YES, this locksmith could and would create a FOB remote for me at my residence. I had given up all hope of having a key made until I contacted this locksmith. My only other option was having a car dealer for my specific model of SUV, make the remote avail to be but at a cost of $385.00 more than what I was quoted by D'Ace Locksmith. Three hours went by when I received a call from the locksmith who advised me that he had finished a job much sooner that expected and could be at my residence with fifteen minutes. I agreed. The locksmith arrived within ten minutes and immediately got to work. Forty-five minutes went by and the locksmith approached me and stated, "OK, the job is done" and handed me a new FOB Wireless remote and my SUV doors were now unlocked. I was so happy and satisfied with the service I received from this locksmith (forgive me for forgetting your name ). The locksmith was very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable of what he was doing and did an absolute AWESOME job. Thank you D'Ace locksmith. You folks are #1 in my book. read more

When speaking to the company and technician, both were polite and respectful. Would highly recommend. read more

This was a great service! They were super responsive in the app. I was able to get a quote, ensure they had the OEM key I needed, and make an appointment. Someone tried to pry my car door open with a flathead screwdriver, in an attempt to steal my car. In the process destroyed the lock cylinder. D'ace Locksmith, came to my home, replaced the key, and door lock in less than 30 minutes, once he was able to obtain the part, which can be hard to find. I knew my locks on my Toyota Tundra work truck were going bad, but kept putting it off, until finally I could barely open the cab doors. A year ago I had seen one of the D'Ace cars working on somebody's rig in a parking lot in Long Beach. A little voice said "You should get his business card...just in case!" So the day finally came when I HAD to call a locksmith I remembered that biz card and called. I got Alex out to my house that day and in a little over an hour he had both cab door locks fixed plus the ignition. All professional and quite reasonably priced with no surprise BS. Highly recommended service. read more

Found D'Ace Locksmith on Yelp. Got a message and gave the info needed. D'Ace stated there is a tech in the area and he'll give me a call. Once the tech was available he did give me a call and we worked out the details. He came by and got my 2019 Sentra remote programmed and key cut in no less than 10-15 min. He verified the key works, the remote: locks, unlocks, and starts the car right up! Amazing the tech and tools nowadays. Definitely will give them a call again! Recommend their service! I called AAA to help me unlock my trunk. I basically closed the trunk with my keys in there, I know not the brightest mind, but AAA was going to charge me $300 just to open my trunk?! So they recommended me to hire a locksmith instead. I ended up calling multiple companies and D'ace, was the first to respond and was the best rate! I was stranded in a Costco parking lot and as soon as they called they started to drive immediately! The guy was super quick and went straight to unlocking the trunk. Got out of that parking lot in 15 minutes! Highly recommend if you're stranded to come here! The pricing was very reasonable as well :) read more

I barely ever right reviews. But these great people need some love. I lost my keys and was in a super bad way. I didn't have a spare car key nor house key. After looking on Yelp another locksmith told me I needed a automotive locksmith which these kind people do. After checking through yelp Norma was the first to reach out. Others came after but Norma was kind, and answered all my questions so quickly. She immediately set me at ease explained my options and was ready to get their tec out first thing in the morning. Btw they have the best price for the service which was so helpful with the budget. I can't thank her enough for how helpful D Ace was. I ended up finding my keys and canceled my appointment but if you are needing a locksmith this is your crew. Thankyou D Ace! Norma you are the best! read more

D'ace locksmith was great. Alex arrived on time, was friendly and professional. Great service, and even better pricing

When I first contacted them for services they immediately responded and were helpful. I had lost my key and needed it replaced. I was told If I found my original key they would come and program it(free of charge) so I would have two sets of keys an original and a spare. They never gave me a time limit as to when I had to find the original keys so they can replace it So when I found the key and asked about it being replaced they never responded. Then the key they had made for me was a bit wobbly and they said they would replace it if needed, when it came time to replace the key they would constantly say a tech will come out and help me out but no one ever came. The key eventually came apart. They never reached out or even read the messages to help take care of problem. At the end of the day a business should keep their word and accommodate the customers. read more

I can't say enough about this service. I used yelp to get quotes from multiple locksmiths at the same time and Norma got right back to me. Within a few minutes I had already made up my mind that I was going with this service especially after getting multiple quotes I lost all my keys. And needed a Mercedes smart car key made was also shocked at how many locksmiths have no idea how to do this kind of car. The service is mobile . They only do certain things so I will also continue to be a huge fan of Southbay lock and key. this business and Southbay lock and key are my go to's for keys. Not only did they come in at a better price. They have nice people with wonderful attitudes. There were some quotes that were almost $100 more than what I paid using their mobile service it was painless and I totally recommend using this service if you need keys Call them super nice friendly and reasonably priced. They have created a customer for life. read more
