Magic the Gathering cards are the prominent cards they had for sale. Lots of accessories to go with your gaming adventures like card sleeves, dice, deck boxes, and play mats. If you are more of a D&D person over card games they have D&D books and some mini figures. They also have a selection of other card games like Exploding Kittens and Imploding Kittens. As a dice goblin I could've stared at the dice for days but I didn't think that would go over well with my husband. They have events going on every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday according to the calendar up on the wall. We shall definitely be back as soon as possible because this shop is right up our alley. I used to have a dvd collection of over 500 dvds until someone sold them without my permission but this place could help me build it back up to its former glory. I chose to write this in February, the month of love, because I love dvds and anyone who loves me knows how excited I get when I recieve a new movie or tv series. I would literally be in heaven if someone bought be a boat load of movies here for Valentines day, or really any day. I will definitely continue to come back here when in Kalamazoo to make my movie dreams come true.

Their selection of comics is colossal, the main reason we come back. Their game selection is also phenomenal and they even have a "game cage" for table top games to happen in store. Kids also have game and comic options as well as stuffed animals that are great for all ages. Staff is friendly, greeting us as we entered and various employees asking if we needed help with anything during our visit. We got what we wanted and continued our adventure. I'm glad we make FanFare a regular Kalamazoo stop and am already looking forward to coming back.

They have a small counter top display with dice, an area with trading card accessories (like binders, deck boxes, and playing mats), and a trading card event space. While we were there, a trading card tournament was actively being held. Employees were friendly, prices were fair and the space was well organized. Even with a good amount of people in the building, it didn't feel crowded. Even with the tournament going on, several employees were helping customers not involved with the event and keeping on top of regular business. It's always been difficult to check out very small area and there's always somebody doing company business at the cashier area and limiting checkout. I also don't like when they try to run you over when they're in the store. It's a bookstore. Worker shouldn't try push customers out of their way when they're walking down the aisles. And my God they mark up price is so bad on some of their toys Amazon is cheaper. eBay less expensive. They have a nice selection of books but limited in some categories. I've got made fun of one time because I asked about Cryptid. The worker looked like a Cryptid with all that weird makeup. She's laughed at me. Strange I guess she doesn't have mirrors in her home.
