Really every part of this pizza was great. Highly recommend. I ordered the 3 cheeses specialty pizza almost out of curiosity, because I've never seen anybody go all in on those cheeses like that. The good news is, that within that pizza, were the components of a very good pizza. The blend of these cheeses didn't completely work for me flavor-wise though. Also, these cheeses produced a bit too much grease. I'd order just the sauce and standard mozzarella next time and I bet it would be very good. The penna alla vodka was a chunky sauce version. The noticeable chunks were mostly onions. I'm used to more of a blended version. I respect that this dish has its own vibe, but I personally prefer a blended version. The sauce flavor was good. The chicken cutlet was very good. I bet they make a great chicken parm. Service was friendly and efficient. Apizza Heaven won't win any beauty contests. The inside is functional.
