Then I missed a second appointment for reasons that were my fault. You only get two strikes at FVH. Since then they require me to pay in advance like some kind of bum or they cancel the appointment. And how long will I be in the penalty box? Forever! Also, this "fear free" claim they boast about is none sense. The ask me to sedate my nervous dog before bringing him in. Boy, there's a breakthrough in care ; your pet won't experience fear if he's high as a kite. They even insisted on putting one of my dogs under for a nail trimming! He was sick and woozy all night long. And FVH's response? Take the dog to a pet groomer next time. Lame.

Get this, I took my Bella ( kitty) to the groomer for a nail trim. The groomer mentioned it looked like she had an infection in her nail bed. I felt bad and didn't want my kitty in pain. On the way home I passed by the Meridian St Vet clinic. I stopped in and explained the situation to them. They saw my kitty right then ,and gave her the antibiotics she needed. I was beyond grateful as I have to medicate my kitty with gabapentin prior to any grooming or vet visit. And she was already medicated due to her visit to the groomer. Despite that, what veterinary clinic will see your pet on a walk in visit? Normally, you would have to go to emergency care. This clinic is amazing, and the care is superb. They will treat your pet as if it were their own. Do not hesitate to get your pet cared for here.

I took him in, and the lady behind the counter (I believe Judy is her name) was so kind. I was crying and stressed, worried about Gryffin (my kitty, I've been worried about urinary issues the whole time I've had him and his brother), but she was so sweet, reassuring me he was in good hands, that I'd done the right thing and got him in in time. He had to be kept overnight, but the next morning I called for an update and she was so nice again, walked back to check on him while on the phone with me, and was just overall amazing. Despite living further away, I switched both Gryffin and his brother Dragon's records here, as I am thoroughly impressed with them (more so than I ever was at Nooksack Vet). The payment plan is also a plus, as I'm a full time worker and student who doesn't have a whole lot all at once, so being able to pay the bill off bit by bit has been a huge weight off my shoulders.

When Dr. Lindsay saw Sherlock, her advice was for ongoing injections and eventually a daily pill which has totally stopped him from eating himself.......
