Then I missed a second appointment for reasons that were my fault. You only get two strikes at FVH. Since then they require me to pay in advance like some kind of bum or they cancel the appointment. And how long will I be in the penalty box? Forever! Also, this "fear free" claim they boast about is none sense. The ask me to sedate my nervous dog before bringing him in. Boy, there's a breakthrough in care ; your pet won't experience fear if he's high as a kite. They even insisted on putting one of my dogs under for a nail trimming! He was sick and woozy all night long. And FVH's response? Take the dog to a pet groomer next time. Lame.

Get this, I took my Bella ( kitty) to the groomer for a nail trim. The groomer mentioned it looked like she had an infection in her nail bed. I felt bad and didn't want my kitty in pain. On the way home I passed by the Meridian St Vet clinic. I stopped in and explained the situation to them. They saw my kitty right then ,and gave her the antibiotics she needed. I was beyond grateful as I have to medicate my kitty with gabapentin prior to any grooming or vet visit. And she was already medicated due to her visit to the groomer. Despite that, what veterinary clinic will see your pet on a walk in visit? Normally, you would have to go to emergency care. This clinic is amazing, and the care is superb. They will treat your pet as if it were their own. Do not hesitate to get your pet cared for here.

They performed a surgery, after my dog was behaving very unusual and then she started bleeding blood clot. Trying to get information in a critical time at that moment was impossible. They are incapable of actually listening and just blew me off saying the inssition looked ok, when I already new this a specificly told them to pass that along. So as it stands right now, my dog is bleeding blood clots in her urine, and there resolution is the inssition spot is ok. Maybe people that have given 5 stars are people that have not had anything going wrong, I don't know and I'm happy for them. They use wedgewood, an online pharmacy which helps cost so you don't have to directly purchase from tje practice itself. Haley even took Emmett into the back to meet the other technicians! They truly made Emmett's day and made sure she would never dread going to the vet! Three weeks ago our dog slipped out of his collar, ran across the street and got hit by a car going…read moretoo fast. The driver kept going. My son witnessed the entire event. We rushed to the AEC - they immediately opened the door for us, brought a gurney and helped us with our dog. They started CPR. Their staff was compassionate, calm, and provided us the necessary information in a very supportive way. In the end, our dog passed away. They did all they could to help our dog, while also helping us through this traumatic event.
