But I hung onto it like grim death because I was afraid to learn a new system. It took all I had to figure this one out. But finally, the day came and I had no choice. On top of that, he patiently helped me get the new unit up and running. (Finding passwords etc, my personal nightmare) Needless to say, he will be my New tech genius moving forward. I I am so very grateful!

Bought a couple cheap in ceiling speakers (for Dolby Atmos) from Amazon I wanted installed in my…read moreliving room. Got a bunch of quotes and eventually chose Techs in The Home. They weren't the cheapest (the installer I used before for something broke his foot so couldn't use him unfortunately), but I liked that Donovan seemed to know what he was talking about and felt good about him. They came and started opening things up to see what would work. I wanted the speaker cables hidden in the walls/ceiling and they were able to make that happen. I also had 2 wires ran to the back of the room when I upgraded my receiver. Couldn't position one of the speakers exactly where I wanted cause of a stud, but he made it work. He was also able to snake a bunch of TV wires through the exterior wall on the other side from the previous installers failed on the side they tried. I was super happy about that. After installing the speakers, he patched everything and came back the next day to finish it off. The Dobly Atmos/DTS:X works great! Love watching movies and TV shows with it. After finding a painter who could match the knockdown texture to the rest of the walls/ceilings, it's like they were never here. Already spoke to Donovan about another project and if I decide to go forward on that will be using him in the future.

As a newcomer to such projects, I was unsure about where to turn, what criteria to consider, and how to find a dependable software vendor to get the job done. My initial contact with a vendor was disappointing--they lacked flexibility, presented an exorbitant quote, and failed to communicate effectively regarding the job requirements. Fortunately, my brother, a software engineer, introduced me to SR Network Solutions, led by Sadiel. Sadiel proved to be a consummate professional, providing a comprehensive overview of the job, specifying the requirements, estimating the necessary timeframe, and offering a fair and reasonable price. He was not only personable but also exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and meticulous in his work. I couldn't have asked for a better leader for this project. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to SR Network Solutions for their outstanding service and would enthusiastically recommend their company to anyone in need of network solutions. If you're seeking a professional team that delivers exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Sadiel for exceeding my expectations. I really appreciate you and your team. If I could give you 10 Stars, I would!!

Scheduled an appointment and did something that happens rarely in Miami, they were here on time! They worked efficiently and kept me in the loop at all time. I was actually missing a cable and they came by two weeks letter to install it without charging extra. It could be I'm using the internet providers modem, but for the amount I was paying... on a good day... I would say over WiFi I was getting less 4th of the speed with interment drops. I work from home and at this point people were suspecting that I was just leaving calls because I didn't want to be in them. Zeekhelp responded immediately through Yelp and book time for the following week. When Isaac arrived, he gave me the run down on doing a mesh WiFi system, educated me on how the system works, gave me hacks and general tips about internet configuration. No running of wires and my speed is so much better and the connectivity has been on point. Any household that has anyone working from home needs to get their connectivity evaluated to ensure no drops. Please do so and I do recommend Zeekhelp.
