They weren't the cheapest (the installer I used before for something broke his foot so couldn't use him unfortunately), but I liked that Donovan seemed to know what he was talking about and felt good about him. They came and started opening things up to see what would work. I wanted the speaker cables hidden in the walls/ceiling and they were able to make that happen. I also had 2 wires ran to the back of the room when I upgraded my receiver. Couldn't position one of the speakers exactly where I wanted cause of a stud, but he made it work. He was also able to snake a bunch of TV wires through the exterior wall on the other side from the previous installers failed on the side they tried. I was super happy about that. After installing the speakers, he patched everything and came back the next day to finish it off. The Dobly Atmos/DTS:X works great! Love watching movies and TV shows with it. After finding a painter who could match the knockdown texture to the rest of the walls/ceilings, it's like they were never here. Already spoke to Donovan about another project and if I decide to go forward on that will be using him in the future.
