It's hard to find because it's tucked away behind a trailer home and a bunch of beat up cars. Just looks unprofessional. If they just cleaned up a bit and updated the area it would just feel better and make the visitors more comfortable. Even the office is in an older trailer-like building. Other than the appeal of the place, the pilots there were so good to us. They really were professional and knew exactly how to calm down the nerves for us first timers! However, it would be nice if the gliders windows got cleaned so the view would be better up there. It's just dusty and scratched up. I would also like to add that perhaps offering the visitors some bottled water would be something nice to add to the business protocol. We had a large group with us and those of us waiting for our turn could have used some refreshments. There were also a lot of people who didn't know how to actually take our payment. I suppose I give the stars to the amazing pilots but like I said the actually location needs some TLC! Hopefully the next time we go and we bring some friends they will clear/clean up and update a little!

After a glass or two of wine, my friend and I booked a last minute hot air balloon ride without knowing that we would have have to be at the meet up site at 5:15 AM. But watching the sunrise over Temecula Valley made it all worth it. The views were incredible and we magically had perfect weather for an incredible hour and a half flight. Our balloon captain was the owner of the company, David Bradley, and he was so knowledgeable about wine flying, and just California in general. I cannot recommend this company enough! GET THERE EARLY FOR TICKETS! the entrance to the park is about 3 miles from the main drag. there are several parking areas, and shuttles that take the people. the lobby area was super packed for our spring break trip. lots of people in line for tickets as well as milling around waiting for their scheduled times. the outdoor area has open space for waiting as well. there are tables and chairs and shaded areas. i can only imagine how hot this area is in the summers. we had to wait about and hour for our schedule. luckily, they sell beers. the ride up takes about 10mins. plenty of opportunity to see the views out the windows, if you're into that. not me. it got a little shaky and nerve wracking. very different temps up top. probably a good 20-30 degrees cooler than down below. plan on bringing a coat or sweater. there are food and drink options up in the observation area as well as AMAZING views of the San Jacinto mountains and Coachella valley. the ride down seemed shakier, but, manageable. overall, i highly recommend, even for those of us with elevation phobias.

Pilot Denni (the owner of the company with almost 40 years of pilot experience) was great and landed in the same place we took off, which is likened to a hole in one in golf. The whole experience was less than 3hrs. The ride itself lasted about an hour. We were transported to and from the launch and landing sites. They took some pictures for us and provided a balloon ride certificate at the end with discounts for local wineries and businesses. Mimosas and a bag of snacks were provided at the end. It was a great experience and would recommend to anyone willing to wake up before sunrise.
