If I could put no stars I would! This place is a scam. I brought my car here to get a smog check and when the OWNER tried checking it the machine checked it as unreadable. He said to drive it 100 miles and bring it back. He never gave me a 20 day limit and being that I don't drive far or often it took a couple days over 20 days. Exactly 5 days after the 20 days I took my car back right when the 100 mile mark hit and the other man that worked there told me it was voided out and that I had to pay $50 again for service. I told him if he could call the owner or have the owner call me and he said no that I had to come back at a certain time. I go to school during the day and it is very hard to take time off and miss class to bring my car. He told me to come back the next day at noon to catch the owner.. when I should be in class. I finally come back a couple days later and ask for the owner at the time he told me he gets there. The man walks up to me and yells "WHAT DID I TELL YOU LAST TIME?! YOU NEED TO LISTEN TO ME" and I said excuse me you do not talk to me like that. I said I'm here at noon when you said your boss gets here and he said "I DIDN'T SAY THAT" so I told him if I can leave my name and number so the owner can contact me since I'm never home and I can't just leave school because I take the train there and he said no and that I have to pay again. I told him I didn't have money and that I paid for the smog with my tax money and he laughed and said.. in Spanish "well you have a nice car so you must have money" I said I pay for this car and support my daughters all alone and those comments are inappropriate. He told me to get the fuck out of there and come back when the owner is there. Wouldn't give me the owners name. Wouldn't give me a future time that he would return. I'd understand if I was threatening him or getting out of line that he would get upset but for him to get upset over nothing and in front of my two daughters was the most disrespectful thing I've ever been through. Never got my money and I never talked to the owner. I would never go back and would t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the drama there's a couple places down the street that are better than this and better service. I always support small businesses and this place is taking peoples money because they can! Read before you sign and don't pay if it is unreadable!
