Appalling service on two separate occasions…read more 1) I couldn't find the parking area in the garage, and when I called, I couldn't get through to a human. I ended up parking a block away on the street! 2) I had shingles, and getting my medicine in a timely manner was crucial. Again, I couldn't get through to a human. I tried to set up a video appointment, but there were too many hoops, so I had to pay extra money I don't have to go to another doctor. This is not a very humane way to treat patients. Extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend UW Physicians.

My pediatrician was Dr. Hyde, then when my family moved north to Shoreline a couple years later we transferred to the UW Medicine there. The current UW Neighborhood Northgate Clinic is still located at Northgate, however not in the same building as it once was. Currently, it serves as my primary care provider as part of my Medicaid (Amerigroup plan) health insurance with Dr. Roesel as my primary physician. While parking at the current Northgate location is abundant and medical services are varied, it does not have all of the offerings of my previous primary care provider, ICHS Shoreline. Since this clinic is for medical, my current medical pursuits are now separated into medical (here), dental (elsewhere), and optical (different elsewhere).

I went…read morein to see a new doctor and had a big about reoccurring UTIs that I've been dealing with for many years. I was dismissed by her with out a care. didn't want to order a urine test to check because she said everyone would flag for one. She guessed what was going on and told me to do nothing. I went with my gut feeling I got that second opinion immediately the provider was very me sent me to a just to make sure everything was going me the correct blood test for each concern that I had and he was very concerned that she did not order these things as well. so fast forward I have a huge kidney stone and multiple kidney stones and also my kidney is very swollen and also has a spot on it that they are making sure that it's not cancerous. This was not an easy pill to swallow and I'm very upset Dr. Greenly didn't take these steps in the first place. your health should be in the care of your providers not a guessing game of what they think it is. order the test for your patients.

However, upon arrival I was informed that there was no such appointment and that the doctor wasn't even in. That nothing was sent to me about a cancellation was bad enough, but what truly made my blood boil was the offer to reschedule my appointment . . . FOUR MONTHS later! I declined. (What should have transpired: Offer an appointment within the next week, even if it meant staying open a bit later.) Fearing I had made a mistake with the date, when I got home I checked the report from my primary care physician (also with PMC, at the Lynnwood location), which listed future appointments. Sure enough, I had the correct date and time, and PMC had it down in its records. Browsing through the previous reviews here, I am apparently far from the only one who has experienced this sort of contempt for the client. My advice to anyone reading this: Look somewhere else for your health care.

Absolutely horrible experience seeing dr Vega. Do not see this man under any circumstances…read moreESPECIALLY if you are a woman. he preformed what I later learned to be a completely unnecessary pelvic exam (in which I felt he had no real idea what he was doing , fumbling, not alerting me of what he was doing in the moment, etc), after asking him point blank if it was absolutely necessary and if there was any other alternative. He said yes it was the only way ,after consulting other drs I learned that this was 100% untrue. There were countless other ways he could have confirmed my condition. He was also apparently unaware that the extremely time sensitive medication he prescribed to me , was illegal to carry at ANY pharmacy within 100 miles of me (I was informed by a pharmacist at the 4th pharmacy I went to in attempts to obtain said medication) wasting several hours of my time and worsening the severity of my condition. Overall extremely creepy and utterly traumatic situation. This man should have his license revoked

She prescribed me some in my first appointment which was not supposed to be used with current meds which she knew that I took and asked me about minutes ago in that appointment. I told her I didn't want to take them because they make me feel numb and unfeeling and she said "but you didn't get anxiety right??" She was argumentative and told me I wasn't a whole person. If you can't help patients with what they need then don't take the appointment. I know myself and my body better than you. I walked out of that appointment after 10 minutes crying - all the while she's sitting there as if there's something to talk about still. Please don't go to her, she is terrible.

I Shut Down with this question. Glad my boyfriend was there to speak up and help the situation. Well within the months I get promoted causing me to change my medical coverage so I fill my RX at my new pharmacy. My pharmacists recommends a higher dosage and tries to contact the offices. So I get a call (x6) and a email stating that I cannot unless I see her again. Why would I want to do that?!?! I have never had a good expierence with a doctor. So I say okay and let my pharmasist know. I continue to get a call at 9am this morning I answer the call loaded with attitude saying to stop sending 'requests' for rx refills. I do not need refills I still have refills. This was only notices to let them know that I am refilling. Isn't it law? She continues to give me attitude. I tell her my expierience with the doctor and that I have already talked to her. I then tell her she is very unprofessional and I don't appreciate the disrespect. She tells me that she is not rude. I say, "Oh no??? Review this recording with your boss and you tell me then.." She tries to not give attitude but i can hear the eye rolls. I understand you are mad that I am no longer seeing Group Health and this is why your mad. But really? If any of my employees ever acted like that I would not tolerate it. I am baffled to say the least.
