Appointments are long enough to have a conversation and for your provider to "see the whole picture" - and actually get to know you. I've always been treated as a "whole person" instead of just as a number or as a disease. I appreciate that my provider always provides options and involves me in decisions and encourages autonomy. I see Kara Menzer N.D. (who is wonderful and HAES aligned) related to women's health and Ian McLogan N.D. (Also gender affirming and HAES aligned) for everything else - and I am so so so immensely grateful for him. Dr. McLogan is absolutely everything I've ever and could ever want in a PCP.
