I hadn't realized that my sleep apnea was hindering my body's ability to shed weight, but she helped me understand that sleep and weight issues go hand in hand. I don't think I would've made it without her support! She is extremely encouraging, understanding, non-judgmental and knowledgeable. When I reached my weight loss goal and no longer needed my CPAP, she was the FIRST to celebrate that incredible health milestone with me. You know it's the sign of a great doctor when they are excited to have helped you get to a point where you no longer need them. As the years passed, it gradually turned out that I needed a CPAP again. I had lost track of Dr. Broderick, but when I found out she'd opened her own practice, I was so delighted! I had not cared much for Sound Sleep Health so the opportunity to work with her directly was great! If you are fortunate enough to have been referred to her by one of her happy patients, or to have stumbled upon her some other way, be glad! You will experience a level of care you don't see very often anymore. She cares. She has integrity. She's an EXPERT at what she does. Prepare to feel better soon! This review is from my experience with this office in December 2023…read more The quality of the back office is a disaster and the male dentist being less than desirable when it comes to professionalism Here's was the situation: I was overcharged for a second fitting for a new device and while in the office receiving my divide -- I questioned it I chrages for a second time. I heard my dentist and the other dentist saying/yelling in the office (while I'm sitting in the chair) that if I didn't pay I don't get the device. My dentist came back into the "cubicle room" and explained she would knocked off $100). I want to make it clear I asked about price of the device prior to going and after I was brought back into the dental office for a second fitting. It was the end of the year and I had already paid a few hundred dollars. I also want to make it clear the individual who coordinates with the insurance company was a negative nightmare. Without a doubt negative energy / negative person (in my experience). Below is my response after being told I'd be issued a refund TWO months later: ~~~~ Thank you for reaching out, and I appreciate your attention to this matter. I must admit, I found it rather amusing as well that I was charged $500 in December, especially considering the circumstances surrounding my inquiry about the charge. Unfortunately, my interaction with M left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and customer service. In light of this, I'd like the refund for the overpayment returned to my credit card. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if you require any further information or documentation from my end to process the refund. Our dentist highly recommended Dr. Jeffrey Donesky. Bob has been seeing Dr. Donesky since January, 2026. He was fitted with an adjustable device, that Dr. Donesky designed and patented, which immediately kept his jaw in place and stopped him from snoring or gasping for air while sleeping. Dr. Donesky is one of the most people-oriented professionals that we have ever dealt with. It is obvious he cares deeply about his patients. His technical assistants, Azita and Tara, who also do double duty as receptionists, are outstanding, professional individuals.

The rooms for sleeping in are super-comfortable and provided thorough EEG charts showing how bad my sleep apnea actually was - charts more thorough than what I got from a different provider. I'll remember the nights I slept in Creekside as some of the most memorable nights in my life and will always have fond memories of the place. I also got a lot of flexibility over choice in CPAP supplies, which I appreciated. The CPAP machine I got is one of the most modern in the market.

Dr. Jacobs is one of the worst doctors I ever encountered, and I've seen a lot…read more Her initial treatment plan was an absolute disaster. She insisted I use Inspire. Later it turned out that 1) inspire was generally counter-indicated to me due to anatomic reasons (it took two surgeries to fix) and 2) was configured really badly. As a result, my sleep got 10x times worse. She responded by throwing an ever increased dose of different sleeping pills at me. Eventually, I could not tolerate it further, and asked for a traditional surgery. She called me a fool, quite literally. Fortunately, the surgery was partially successful, dramatically lowering my AHI. Some time after that she dropped me from the practice.

When I pointed out the mismatch between what I was told and what was now being claimed, the office dodged responsibility rather than acknowledge any communication failure. "Hey, so sorry no one reached out to you to follow up. We'll make an effort to fix that in the future." That's really all it would have taken. Instead they went with "We never said that, we already told you." Which is honestly just...why do that? So weird. Tldr: great doctor, but if you go here then get all your communications in writing because their admin WILL gaslight you if they make a mistake. Thoroughly charming and professional dentist who took the necessary measurements and impressions for my device. I informed them that I was taking a 3 week trip overseas and they expedited getting the device to me in time to test it out before launching out on my trip without taking my CPAP. Starting week 2 of my trip and I really must say, this works like an absolute charm. The only drawback is a slight soreness to my jaw in the morning. Dr Greiner says he can take care of that the next time I am in Seattle. They are a great group and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their bulky CPAP even if just for trips. If I do the math, that means they are charging $2,044 per hour simply to speak to me for 15 minutes. No services. No tools. No cleanup. No equipment used other than a pen and paper ... for $2000 per hour. I cannot justify this abuse of our health care system and insurance system. Cancelling the appointment out of moral obligation.

I decided to try EvergreenHealth as all of our other doctors are there and I got my first appointment with Dr. Chris Chou and immediately liked her demeanor. She's not uptight, she's very friendly and wasn't pushing on anything. I enjoy my appointments with her. I'd highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Chou specifically.
