I hadn't realized that my sleep apnea was hindering my body's ability to shed weight, but she helped me understand that sleep and weight issues go hand in hand. I don't think I would've made it without her support! She is extremely encouraging, understanding, non-judgmental and knowledgeable. When I reached my weight loss goal and no longer needed my CPAP, she was the FIRST to celebrate that incredible health milestone with me. You know it's the sign of a great doctor when they are excited to have helped you get to a point where you no longer need them. As the years passed, it gradually turned out that I needed a CPAP again. I had lost track of Dr. Broderick, but when I found out she'd opened her own practice, I was so delighted! I had not cared much for Sound Sleep Health so the opportunity to work with her directly was great! If you are fortunate enough to have been referred to her by one of her happy patients, or to have stumbled upon her some other way, be glad! What a change this has made! I'm definitely sleeping better, waking up more rested and staying asleep longer. The front desk staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Doneskey is friendly and takes the time to talk with you about your problems and discuss solutions. I looked up sleep apnea mouth guards before coming here and I was worried because I have a very small mouth, and the way they typically work involves a lot of structure on the sides. The mouth guards here are connected by a metal peg and slot at the front, and so it fits easily in my tiny mouth. My medical insurance did not cover the mouth guard at all, so I did pay out of pocket for this, but it has made a difference in my health, which is the best investment. Definitely worth it, just check both medical and dental because they might split the cost.

I waited for weeks without a call and finally had to reach out multiple times myself before someone directed me to the right department so I could schedule my own appointment. I received a call 2 days prior to my appointment letting me know my therapist was out of the office for the week and that it would be another month before I could be seen. The whole process has been beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, the overall atmosphere is unprofessional. The staff often seem disengaged, and during my first visit, two employees were openly arguing at the front desk. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Another note, they NEVER answer the phone and don't return calls promptly.

Dr. Chen and his staff spend time with you and really get into the different factors that are affecting your sleep. I'm pretty young and was admittedly a little shy about trying out a cpap machine when I had originally come in for insomnia and restless leg but the staff was empathetic and very good at explaining to me how it can help in a way that let me feel open to trying it. They have helped me to figure out what lifestyle changes I need to make for a better sleep (choosing foods with a higher iron content such as beef liver or hemp hearts) and I have left every appointment feeling heard and hopeful. They have a very patient friendly billing policy and are so much cheaper than other sleep centers in the long run. Dr. Chen works with you and listens to your needs, I can happily say that I now have the tools I need for improved sleep and my mood has drastically improved as a result. I would not reccomend any other sleep center and I hope more sleep centers begin to follow this type of practice instead of the typical "spend 15 and throw an expensive device at patients". 10/10 go here.

The rooms for sleeping in are super-comfortable and provided thorough EEG charts showing how bad my sleep apnea actually was - charts more thorough than what I got from a different provider. I'll remember the nights I slept in Creekside as some of the most memorable nights in my life and will always have fond memories of the place. I also got a lot of flexibility over choice in CPAP supplies, which I appreciated. The CPAP machine I got is one of the most modern in the market.

Dr. Jacobs is one of the worst doctors I ever encountered, and I've seen a lot…read more Her initial treatment plan was an absolute disaster. She insisted I use Inspire. Later it turned out that 1) inspire was generally counter-indicated to me due to anatomic reasons (it took two surgeries to fix) and 2) was configured really badly. As a result, my sleep got 10x times worse. She responded by throwing an ever increased dose of different sleeping pills at me. Eventually, I could not tolerate it further, and asked for a traditional surgery. She called me a fool, quite literally. Fortunately, the surgery was partially successful, dramatically lowering my AHI. Some time after that she dropped me from the practice.

The problem is this: After the intake, I scheduled a follow up appointment for additional imaging, only because I was assured (by both the doctor and front desk!) that the office would check my insurance for imaging coverage and follow up with me directly. Instead, no one contacted me at all until I reached out myself days before my x-ray appointment, only to be told (for the first time) that I never qualified for coverage in the first place, and that I'd supposedly already been informed at my first visit. When I pointed out the mismatch between what I was told and what was now being claimed, the office dodged responsibility rather than acknowledge any communication failure. "Hey, so sorry no one reached out to you to follow up. We'll make an effort to fix that in the future." That's really all it would have taken. Instead they went with "We never said that, we already told you." Which is honestly just...why do that? So weird. Tldr: great doctor, but if you go here then get all your communications in writing because their admin WILL gaslight you if they make a mistake. Especially so if you have any doubts at all about how they deal with insurance.

Though highly skeptical, I contacted Seattle Sleep Solutions and made an appointment with Dr Greiner. Thoroughly charming and professional dentist who took the necessary measurements and impressions for my device. I informed them that I was taking a 3 week trip overseas and they expedited getting the device to me in time to test it out before launching out on my trip without taking my CPAP. Starting week 2 of my trip and I really must say, this works like an absolute charm. The only drawback is a slight soreness to my jaw in the morning. Dr Greiner says he can take care of that the next time I am in Seattle. They are a great group and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their bulky CPAP even if just for trips. If I do the math, that means they are charging $2,044 per hour simply to speak to me for 15 minutes. No services. No tools. No cleanup. No equipment used other than a pen and paper ... for $2000 per hour. I cannot justify this abuse of our health care system and insurance system. Cancelling the appointment out of moral obligation.

I decided to try EvergreenHealth as all of our other doctors are there and I got my first appointment with Dr. Chris Chou and immediately liked her demeanor. She's not uptight, she's very friendly and wasn't pushing on anything. I enjoy my appointments with her. I'd highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Chou specifically.
