Everyone at this salon was so sweet and accommodating. Karla in the front who I booked my appointment with was just as nice in person as she was on the phone when booking my appointment. My hair stylist, Audrey, is not only extremely talented but also a warm and welcoming human being. She made me feel so comfortable during our appointment, offered me something to drink, was gentle and completely transformed my hair! I have major trust issues when it comes to hair stylists and she's the first one to touch my hair in about three years. I'm so happy to have found her. I called to make an appointment and was told I would have to have a consult. Went for the consult which was less than 5 minutes and I was charged $20. I was told no problem with the yellowing on the bottom half of my hair that a toner would fix that. I scheduled for 4-19 went in she put in the toner and I waited. Another stylist came over to say she would wash my hair as my stylist had already started working on another customer. Got my hair washed and I was told to go sit down. After a few minutes the same stylist came over and said she would dry some of my hair so I didn't have to walk out with wet hair. I commented at there still was a difference in the color and my stylist said oh but it will blend in. Well I left not happy. So it came time for me to wash my hair so I used the color treated shampoo and rinse, just like I was told to do. I start to dry my hair and the bottom part of my hair is back to the yellowish color. I am furious that she miss led me, her attitude was like she rather be somewhere else and that I fought the traffic and spent the $ that didn't even last one week. I only gave a 1 because there isn't a zero as an option. Worst experience ever. I give 100% thumbs down. read more

I have researched salons and stylist for 2 months. Not only researched but Prayed for "THE ONE" my prayers were answered. Savannah is the type of stylist that can look at you and KNOWS WHAT COLOR AND CUT WILL LOOK GREAT ON YOU! I've been getting my hair colored over 25 years. Been every color there is, have had every cut from short to long. Have had many stylist in my life time. Either they moved, I've moved, had babies, life. I've followed them to an hour and half drive one way. I drive an hour to get to Savannah. It's like finding that great pair of jeans. You don't buy one pair. You buy 2 or three. Cyndy has been doing my hair for a few years now and she's seriously amazing. I've never been complimented on my hair before I started going to her, but now people stop me on the street to ask me where I get my hair done. I've changed my hair a LOT (black, brown, blonde, short, long) and she makes every style I choose look phenomenal. She really knows her stuff. Her salon itself is clean and gorgeously designed. In addition to doing fabulous highlights and color they offer makeup. I had to do a video for work, Savannah opened the store at 7 AM and did an excellent job with the blowout of my hair and makeup. I received tons of compliments. My husband said I looked 10 years younger! She found cheekbones I didn't know I had! You don't find many salons that can accommodate that early schedule. read more
