I buy from Arms & Ammo because I want to support local businesses, not chain stores, and A&A has…read morebeen nothing but awesome when it comes to my gun and ammo purchases. Jeff, Kirk and co. have gone above and beyond to help me find certain guns that are hard to find but at a price that is right. They remember me and chat me up about what I've been up to and how I've been whenever I come in. Jeff is always looking for rare and unique firearms to bring in and the stock is always changing. I'm not sure if the other folks here are just bitter that their card got declined and they had a hold up in a government run process, but those experiences do not sound like what I have seen while in Arms and Ammo. Oh and wanna chat up on glocks and 1911s? These are your guys. 10/10

I go in to buy a simple thing would take a few min to check me out but instead I stand at the cash…read moreregister for awhile and the sales men is doing nothing but bull shitting with people that are not there to buying something, they are talking about other business. This is not the first time that it has happened. There is always someone in their store standing there in your way and just bull shitting. I have bought 4 guns from the store you would think they would say hi or welcome when you walk in but no they act like your not even in the store. I would rather go somewhere else then spend my money there again. Anyway there are other places that blow their prices away and better customer service. Soon there will be a bigger place in Fremont to buy guns and will have no need for them.

I looked it up on their website and it was less than half of the price he had told us. A second young employee brought it down for us and checked us out. It seems to me that the first employee was saving this item for himself or he was just too lazy to provide good customer service and bring it down for price checking.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. My friends and I visited expecting to browse…read moreand potentially make purchases, but instead we were asked to leave without any clear explanation. We were not causing a disturbance, damaging property, or breaking any store rules that we were aware of. The situation felt unfair and unprofessional. Rather than addressing any concerns directly or giving us a reason for being asked to leave, staff simply told us to go. Being treated this way made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed, especially since we had entered the store with good intentions. Customer service should be respectful and transparent. If there was an issue, it would have been more appropriate for staff to explain it calmly rather than immediately removing us. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this store and cannot recommend it to others. I hope management reviews how customers are treated and works to create a more welcoming environment in the future.
