Terrible customer service all around. Wait times for locked up items have been near 20 minutes... Auto part closes an hour earlier then the time on google says. Hint, unlike every other Walmart, you have to go inside for your auto service. read more

I don't speak my mind ever on reviews because I know how it is to work with the public with my own full time job ( and how life can be annoying ) but the Customer Service ladies were so rude and gave very inappropriate and unprofessional looks to me when I simply asked a return question. The attitude that was displayed is shameful and embarrassing for how Nebraskans should treat each other. The judgement that was given was not needed. Recommendations is to find people who are able to handle the public's questions even when they seem simply or idiotic that is the point of going to customer service and asking. Find different ladies . I was going to leave a picture of them but will not. This was on 2-7-26 read more

Do NOT under any circumstance take your vehicle here. The incompetence is astounding. Technician there that did not know how to drive a manual hops in my truck and proceeds to try to learn how to drive one burning up clutch and starter. Manages to damage my key ignition by what I assume was inserting the WRONG key. Now, I have to fix that issue. If you DON'T know how to do something DON'T do it! Get the proper training & then do it safely. DON'T learn on someone else's expensive vehicle & damage it! Sad state of affairs in America that a young man does NOT even know how to drive a manual truck & use the right key for the ignition. The steady downfall of America brought to you by apathy & incompetence. Good luck people. My advice, do all your own work because it's hard to trust anyone anymore. I usually do but I was just passing through this town. After my experience I wouldn't trust these "Technicians" to cook me a hotdog. read more

I'd give it 0 stars if I could.... First I try to come in and exchange a propane tank mind u it's fully empty and they give me the dirtiest looks and tell me you have to wait outside that I can't be in here (in January) . While I used to exchange propane at Walmarts in California and south Carolina before @ Walmarts and they didn't care and were very nice. So then I go to pay and the self check out lane didn't work however it still charged my card funny so now I gotta wait for a reversal in my bank because I checked right away and it went through... to top it off the guy walks in the store with the FULL tank of propane and hands it to me... what a joke. Hypocrites!!!!!!!! Management and overall operations need to be better leaves a bad taste in my mouth as a customer and I try to bite my lip. read more

Weird vibe in the store. Nobody tries to help nor look like they even want to be at work. Whoever picks out the produce for online orders needs some hefty training on what not to pick out. The order fillers should have little books called WIB. (Would I Buy) Weird and gross place. read more

The manager Ron is terrible with handling customer service needs. He should not be managing people with his lack of knowledge. He is rude, condescending, and talks over you. Shop online and have it sent to your home. Shame on this business for the lack of care for their disabled community too. Can't get a cart out yet all other businesses could clean their lots so that wheelchair bound people can shop. read more

The clerk handling returns today was very rude to me and everyone else in line. It's not hard to treat people in a nicer way

honestly if I could give Walmart a rating and I will give them a zero if I could. The Service keeps going downhill further and further. not only are the employees who work here are very rude and unhelpful, A lot of the customers who shop here are very sketchy and rude too. And it's a very chaotic environment. read more

Not sure how you could rate a Walmart low. They have almost anything you need at a decent price. I stop here for most non-organic grocery items. Also like their automotive items and sporting goods items. read more

I think Walmart in general sucks. Our local store is no exception. The staff are unhappy and it shows. They are not helpful in any way. The shelves are always needing stocked. You would think that corporate headquarters would realize that you get what you pay for. Pay crappy wages, get crappy employees. And then there's peopleofwalmart.com. Go to costco. read more

Walmart Supercenter - a view from inside a car - Grocery Near Me - Fremont, Nebraska

Yesterday I returned recalled baby formula with a receipt and they told me they could not return the money to my credit card but can return the funds to me on a gift a gift card. Fine, whatever is easier. Before leaving I had a funny feeling so I asked the customer service representative for a receipt for the gift card since she did not offer me one. I find out the next day the card is invalid and the numbers do not match the receipt. The gift card was for $500. I called customer service and they said to bring in my receipt to the store where I made the return and they will fix. I did and waited for over an hour and they said there is nothing they can do. The customer service rep at the store who did the the transaction was even there and remembered me and said "she did not steal any gift cards?" Still nothing, they even told me to call their gift card customer service number and I did with the manager at the store and that department told me that the manager should be able to give me a new gift card since I had a receipt and the invalid gift card AND I was there yesterday! read more

This Wal-Mart definitely is near the top of the worst list. The restrooms are cleaner in a gas station and the employees clearly hate their jobs. Management is a joke, so hope you don't need them. read more

I live within equal driving distance of three different WalMarts. I prefer the one in Fremont, NE. They always have what I need. The parking lot allows semis off to the side which I think is a HUGE safety PLUS for the community. It gets tired truckers off the road quicker. PLUS - the people there always greet you with a smile. If I call to check availability of something I found on line, they never act like it is a burden to them to go look. The only thing I don't like about ALL Walmarts in general is their meat department. The taste sucks and it is WAY too expensive. Their meat is easily 50 to 75% HIGHER than anywhere else. A cost hike that is NOT justified by any such claim to "superior quality". LOVE their frozen veggie dept! Best selection anywhere. read more

Went for a burnt out head light, figured be a quick in and out service, well no, 1.5hrs wait only to come back the following day because there was smoke coming out of headlight. The burnt wire smell was coming through air vents. After another 1.5hr wait we'll see how it turns out...staff is great at the auto dept friendly and helpful always moving doing something or helping someone. read more
