I brought my 5 year old son in to see if he had fractured his leg after a scooter crash. Of course,…read morethis happened on a Saturday evening right before Christmas, so I waited and came in first thing Sunday morning. I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside.
