I contacted the agency regarding an auto policy. They emailed me a quote substantially lower than…read moremy current policy. I called to confirm that the price was for the same coverage, and the price went way up. I had given them all the pertinent info. Really do not appreciate stupid games like this. If you can't quote a competitive price, say so. Needless to say, I'm staying with my current insurer. At least they don't play games.

I was insured by Allstate Insurance through Welling Insurance for several years. We had hail in our…read morearea last year and several of our neighbors we getting new roofs, so I called a roofer I had used in the past and asked that Allstate would send adjusters out to meet with them. The roofer said there was damage, but the Allstate adjusters would not approve the repairs. I called Welling several times but was never able to talk to anyone about the problem. They never returned my calls. The worst agency I've ever dealt with. Allstate might be OK, but do not use Welling.
