Service from hospital was great. 30 days later the bills came and all were under contract rates. Of course, I had to meet my deductible but everything ran smooth. I have prescriptions waiting to be picked up at the pharmacy that I can't pick up because they need information from my insurance card which I cannot access because Community Health Choice's website does not work. I have called and emailed, and I cannot get a hold of an actual human being. This is totally unacceptable. I now will have to go without my medication because of technical issues with the website and no one answering the phone. I paid for my insurance, and now I can't even use it. Totally ridiculous. Apparently Facebook is the only way to get ahold of them which is insane.

After disclosing all my personal information and it taking an extremely long time due to his heavy accent and repeated questions, I asked to speak to a supervisor the Indian third party rep. transferred me to an automated system! The automated system asked me to rate the call. Without being serviced and after the 45 minute call I tried rating the call unfortunately it kept repeatdly asking to key in my rating, I kept pressing 1 because that was the lowest rating I could honestly provide. unfortunately it would not accept it , after four tries it disconnected me.
