I'm not sure if it's a billing error or BCBS PPO insurance is completely useless as usual. The office offers telehealth sessions to review/refill Medications. Appointments are usually available 1 week out. 1 in person visit a year for maintenance. Jordan the PA is very kind and receptive to any concerns I have. Medication refills can be a bit tricky sometimes but that's mostly because Walgreens is the worst at being a pharmacy. I'll update my rating once I figure out what's going on with billing but I'm pretty convinced that healthcare coverage has just become more and more useless since Obama care was implemented. I paid more in healthcare costs the past 3 years than I did property taxes. Starve yourself once a day to keep medical debt collections at bay!

That's how amazing she was. First of all, I could cry thinking about the relief I felt to FINALLY see a doctor who I actually felt comfortable talking with. And we talked for an hour. About my health. She not only answered all of my questions with honesty and compassion, she thoroughly talked me through the reasons behind all of her advice. She genuinely empowered me to be an advocate for my health, educating me and validating my own concerns and ideas along the way. I left with a folder full of notes and recommendations on dietary improvements, supplements to take, books to read, and people to see if I wanted more specifics. And just when I wanted to hug her as I left, she hugged me first. Why can't all doctors be like this?! Now to the exam and experience of the clinic: hot tea, soft robes and blankets, even a space heater to keep me warm and cozy. She and her staff really went the extra mile to make it the most comfortable visit to the doctor I've ever heard of. As we all know, the well woman exam is not exactly the most fun event to look forward to, but I have to say I can't wait to go back just to talk to her again. As others have posted, and as the website says, she doesn't take insurance, and you will pay for your visit out of pocket. However, the nurse effortlessly showed me how to get the most bang for my buck between insurance and my FSA. And honestly, and hour with Dr. Roberston is more than worth the cash in my opinion. I truly believe in investing in my health, and I am so grateful that i trusted my gut (and the other reviews here) and made the appointment. I knew she'd be the perfect doctor for me. Much love to Dr. Robertson and her wonderful staff. She has really raised the bar for me.

Sad..I'll be changing pcp's once this ordeal is over with, because Dr. Hoffman herself is actually a good physician! Too bad her staff's ego ruined this relationship.. then again, I'm sure it's no loss to them, as I'm sure another patient will walk in, thus having them bleed another individuals insurance benefits.. steer clear!
